It was dark, so I didn't see that it was wrong. One bite and I immediately knew it was wrong. She gave me a low fat Dilly bar NOT a dairy free Dilly bar. This could have been a catastrophy. They need to educate their employees about people with food allergies and the importance of paying attention to what they are doing. More mysterious, however, was how in the world the burger wasn't hot after all that time cooking. Do yourself a favor and walk away if it takes you 3 minutes of standing directly in front of the team members who are at the counter with no greeting. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt, no matter how much you once loved it. I'm grateful for the experience to teach me to stop vouching for small town stops if I haven't been there myself recently.
