SO disappointed :( My cream cheese steak had a tiny swipe of cream cheese on a low quality bun and then was stuffed with mostly peppers. Real bland meat and veggies. Quick and friendly. I tried (first timer) the Philly cheesesteak over fries and it was very good!! A nice touch was shredded Colby cheddar on the fries, then all the other stuff on top of that. Perfect amount of food for the price. Eat local!!! read more

Food isn't any better than any other place but more expensive. Very average tasting French fries very expensive. To make a dinner update from an entree very expensive. They charge extra if you want more fry sauce. They even charged an extra dollar (4%) for using a credit card which they did not disclose. Only saw it after getting my email receipt at home. Good experience. I wanted a Philly cheesesteak - my family wanted burgers- so this was perfect. I really liked the spicy horseradishy sauce on the side. Pleasantly surprised to see this place on yelp, I've never noticed it driving down 126th. I like supporting a local place. The guy taking our order was super nice, the cook who brought us our food was nice. They checked on our table a couple times to make sure we didn't need anything else. I have no complaints. Excited to try a new local restaurant and was not disappointed. We had the Philly Blue Steak sandwich and the Mushroom Swiss burger. Both were extremely good made from fresh ingredients. Tried Murphy's Cafe 126 for breakfast and coffee. Both were excellent and people were very friendly. The interior of the Cafe was done really well. I was impressed by the look and feel. I live close and was hoping for a quality place to open in this location. First visit was great. Definitely be back to give more of the menu a try. read more
