Everything was cooked perfectly, I especially liked the Brisket. Nice crust on the ribs,chicken and brisket. The rolls were very fresh and were great for sandwiches. Ms. Vivian is a saint among us as she is not only a great chef but she is one of the kindest people I have ever met.
