I called over a dozen tire shops in Salem and only three of those shops had a replacement tire in stock that was the same size. Two of those shops said the earliest they get everything done was the next day. The one shop that had the tire in stock AND could install it that day was Martinez Tires. That's where I went. I expected to wait for at least a couple of hours since I was a walk-in without an appointment, and they would just have to fit my job in where they could, you know? But that's not what happened. As soon as I got there, they took my car in the shop, swapped out the new tire with the bad one on my wheel, balanced it, mounted it, and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Twenty minutes! And I showed up on a busy Friday afternoon with no appointment. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could.

They made sure to explain each step and confirmed that it all fit within my budget before moving forward with any service. They went above and beyond by topping off my wiper fluid, filling my tires, and cleaning my windshield--all complimentary and without me even asking!
