I am writing to express my deep disappointment in the service I received at your establishment. Firstly, your advertised opening hours do not match the reality of your business operations. I arrived at your premises at 8:00 am, only to find out that you were not there until 8:30 am. Secondly, I was disappointed to see the bait and switch sales tactics employed by your employees. I received a quote over the phone for a certain amount, but when I arrived, I was told that the price had quadrupled. This is unacceptable and illegal; it is known as bait and switch, a deceptive marketing practice that is illegal under consumer protection laws. Additionally, I received extremely poor customer service. While discussing my complaints with a manager, your employee waved his hand at me and refused to give me his name. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Lastly, I was dismayed to see that a friend of one of your employees was given priority over other customers waiting. When a customer is kept waiting for half an hour, it is not acceptable to put someone who just arrived at the front of the queue. Such behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. This place is my new tire store! Brought in my van with slow leak in right rear tire. has driven me nuts for a couple of years. took it to 2 other stores and they couldn't find it. The crew works well together, listened to me and went to work. The removed tire from rim and machined the rim and finished the tire bead and reinstalled it while I waited. Nice people and I would have paid more. Happy! Happy! not a fancy place but functional. And these guys know what they are doing. read more

I meant to apologize a couple years ago for my poor review of this business. The owner couldn't have gone out of his way more than he did..I was freaking out because of a tire. When it went flat again they came all the way to my apt, took it back and I got a great tire for no extra charge. please forgive me for my comment. These guys are so great! They took my car in for brake pads and rotors without an appointment and gave me an amazing price. While waiting for the job to get finished, I saw them help multiple customers with the same kindness and great service, looking up prices to help match the customer's budget and working them into their schedule. I was 4 hours from home and 25 Minutes away from Bob's who closed in 10 min. I called and they had a tire and stayed open late for me. They absolutey treated me like I was buying an entire set of new tires...not a $50 used tire. Don't hesitate to use these guys. They make Les Schwab look like amateurs! Everyone at Bob's was awesome. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I needed my front tires replaced and they got my car up on the rack and tires changed very quickly. 2 used tires were $120 with 85% tread. I will definitely be coming back when I need tires again. read more

The "Air Box Repair" & Filter Charge: The owner claims the $101 was to "repair damage to the air box." As line item #5 on my receipt clearly shows, I was charged $25.91 for the filter, $26.00 for two metal clips, and $49.50 in labor strictly described as "Remove & Replace Engine Air Filter Element." Snapping on two clips during a routine filter change does not justify $101 total, nor does the receipt list any actual repair labor for the box itself. 2. Inaccurate Claims About My Review: Brake Inspection: The owner accused me of "fraud" regarding an $80 inspection charge. I explicitly acknowledged that "While they didn't charge for the brake inspection itself, the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth." I acknowledge the $0 charge on that specific line item. Caliper vs. Total Brake Cost: The owner claimed I said calipers were $900. I never said that. I stated the total brake repairs came out to over $900--which is accurate, as the front disc brakes ($842.24) and rear drum service ($132.00) totaled $974.24. My review explicitly stated the calipers themselves were "almost $250" ($124.14 x 2 = $248.28), which is accurate to the penny. 3. Unclear Communication on Calipers: Replacing calipers isn't routine maintenance for standard brake wear; it's a major component replacement. Check with any reputable shop and they will agree. Replacing them without clearly explaining why the original calipers had failed--rather than just servicing pads and rotors--lacks basic transparency.
