It baffles me that I have not reviewed this business before, as I've been patronizing them for years. A few days ago I had them clean and repack the front wheel bearings on my GMC Sierra. Cost came to less than $100 and the job was finished in one hour and fifteen minutes. The dealership refused to do it... The waiting room is way above average in comfort, with a coffee machine and desks where one can sit and read a book or magazines while waiting. The staff is very pleasant to deal with. read more

Driving 1000 miles from California to Oregon and then we had a weird wobble in the tire and we wanted to have a checked out. Les Shawn try to make us wait one hour and he wanted to even charge us for balancing before they even inspected. Superior tire test drove it and then was very friendly and careful to only charges what was needed and they were even cheaper than this Les Schwab and Faster! When we went up to visit family in Oregon along the way we ended up with 2 flat tires. Since all 4 were pretty old we opted to have them all replaced. We called up Superior Tire and they said they had our tires and the price was right so we headed up to them and had them done. We continued our trip and had a great time before returning to the Sacramento, CA area where we put our RV away until Thanksgiving (3 1/2 months later). As a service our RV storage place will top off our tires before we pick the unit up. As they were doing so they noticed that I had 2 different sizes on the rig and called to let me know. I pulled my receipt and it showed 4 of the same size so I was not sure why this was the case. I e-mailed Superior Tire (and since it was the holidays it took a few days to get a reply) and when they replied instead of any type of push back or argument (as I would expect) they apologized for the inconvenience and even reached out to a partner tire company in Sacramento to swap out the tires at no cost to me. To be completely honest I was expecting some sort of resistance to getting this resolved and instead was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy I received. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the issue happened in the first place but I would still recommend Superior Tire to anyone!!! Thanks again, Scott Hinkle read more

I've been to this store a handful of times over the past decade and they did a great job every time. This last time I took my old truck in for a front wheel alignment and, after it was lifted and inspected, I was told there were several steering/suspension repairs that needed to be done before an alignment should be performed. I didn't doubt this as this was something I was suspecting myself. The gentleman I spoke with (too bad I didn't get his name--his employee number on the invoice was 00691) was extremely helpful and polite. There was no charge for itemizing all the work I needed done and even after I said I would probably handle those myself, there was not even a hint of pushy sales attempts. I will definitely be back for the alignment or even some of the repairs. read more

I took my BMW there for an oil change. They changed the oil and fixed a few minor thngs at their recommendation. The bill was outrageous and when I picked up the car there were more lights on on my dash and my windshield wipers were not working. I wish I didn't have to take it back to them to fix these issues now, but I don't want to pay for another shop to do it right. This shop is awful. Took my car in because there was vibration and a grinding noise. I figured it had something to do with the tires. I'm about to trade the car in so I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on repairs. They found the problem quickly, and it was a bad tire as expected. They had a spare in the back. They put it on, test drove it, and sent me on my way only having spent $40. It all took an hour. I had called the day before, an hour before closing, and they accommodated me with an appointment the next morning. What I really liked about this place is they didn't try to sell me on anything else, only what I went in for. Plus, without asking they fixed the shoulder belt that had gotten so tangled up, I had given up on it. In my limited interaction, they were courteous and professional.
