And 2-3 hours later, my husband called them and they still didn't look for the price for one part that we asked for. Like what have you been doing all this time?! Diagnose fee wasted. They didn't even write and print up a report for us. Definitely a fishy business. I want my money back.

The gentleman that was sent to help me arrived when he said he would, within 20 minutes of my request. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He got my car started with a jump and told me the existing battery was extremely old and would probably need to be replaced. My car was purchased in 2013 and still had the original battery. He got me a new battery, met me where I had some shopping to do, installed it, and I was back on the road within an hour from the time he first arrived.
