Dad took the Volkswagen in for it's appointment to be repaired. Dad, not having an immediate ride home, was offered a ride home by Mark. He took Dad all the way home! Granted this is Silverton, and not exactly a thriving metropolis of houses, cars etc. but it was about 1-2 miles away from the shop. They kept Dad informed all the way through the repair process. There was a delay due to some parts being damaged in transit, but Dad was kept updated on the progess of his car the entire time. When the car was ready for Dad to come and pick up, Mark Holland once again, showed up at Dad's house to give him a ride to the shop to pick up his car! This kind of customer service is refreshing!
