Had to take it back AGAIN for the clearness bra, THEY took it to S Salem to an outside source, THEY called and said there was no Appointment made. So we drove almost a hour away to pickup my truck, only to find mud all over the of the truck. Caliber Collision didn't even call me to tell me there was no appointment. So we AGAIN had to drive a hour away to get the work done and of course drive back to pick it up. After countless trips back and forth my vehicle STILL is not up to par but there's not a chance in hell I would take back to them. I'll pay out of pocket somewhere else and hopefully recoup in court.

They gave us a Ford Escort loaner and have my one year old Subaru Solterra which they are periodically driving (my phone app tracks this) They should have NOT taken my car until the parts were delivered and ready to be installed The Ford Escort loaner is eating up gas and isn't robust enough to haul heavy shipments to UPS. They still have NOT given us an ETA as to when my car will be ready. I will never use this place again.

Was able to make an inspection appointment same day. Really friendly people throughout entire process! Helped me communicate with the insurance and explained everything well to me. They gave me a call with an update after a week they had my car, which I really appreciated. Car was done when they estimated. Picked up car same day they called. Jonathan and Hunter were really great to work with. They even went out of their way and fixed a pre-existing scratch, which made me really happy. Received one…read moreinitial response asking for the pictures and VIN number of my car shortly after I submitted the request on their website. After replying with the pictures, VIN, and also letting them know that I could come in person if needed. Two days passed, still no response so I sent a follow up email asking if anything else was needed/if the pictures sent alright. It has now been a week and I still have not heard back. What was supposed to just be a simple paint patch job has now set me back a week. Do not recommend if you want quality customer service in a timely manner.
