Update 12/19/2023…read more Someone from the shop named Chad Thibodeau called me from 503-804-6041 claiming to be higher up the chain at the body shop. At the time i was unable to answer my phone. I returned the call when it was convenient for me and its been 2 days since i left him a message and no call back yet. Jist dropped my car off to Honda for my seatbelt repair to find that my estimate from this body shop was a cut corner estimate. Horrible shop. 100% do not recommend! Be careful they will.screw you over and not take your repairs seriously. Very unprofessional. This place is nothing but liars and swindlers.

In response to your attached private message: You state that you had saw me walking or skating a block and a half away. Well which one was it? It sounds as though you are unsure. Also, you stating that you had no reason to believe that I was bringing in a vehicle was based off of me both arriving as well as leaving on a skateboard. How could you have determined that if I hadn't left yet, but had already been denied? My girlfriend was waiting in the car for me. At this point you are calling me a liar about having my vehicle with me. I had drove down from Carlton....not skated. Zero stars for that, since credit card processing fees are considered a normal business expense that is tax deductible. Hence, they did a bit of double dipping. I did send them information and asked that they share with their accountant (who should know these things) and will hopefully convince them not to punish people for using a credit card.

I told my insurance (allstate) that i was concerned that they would do more damage. They said the district manager will look after your car and everything will be great. The last photo is "everything great" and "watched over". So if you go here you WILL get more damage done than repairs. This was on hoyt st I got hit two times in the a day. So I had 2 repairs at the same time. Before i went my driver window worked. After it didn't work. (They tried to say preexisting) I had pictures of it working AT the accident, they also made my key not work in the door. And i had rear damage. They didn't do the back bumper correctly. It wiggled and was soft. When I inspected it more they forgot a shock exorbitant in the bumper. I went back and the general manager said my 2014 car was so new nissan says it's not needed anymore. So my car is so old the window wont work but so new they are changing things? I went to nissan of salem to check. There have been no changes to the bumper and it's a safety thing. So I was lied to about the safety of my car. This was lewis st. This all happened in a 2 month period.

We told her we would pay for the repair out of pocket. She took it to Jackson's Auto Body and the cost was $1700 to repaint the bumper. This is a hugely inflated price compared to the average cost of repainting a bumper in Salem. Maybe they took advantage of her because they knew someone else was paying? It was an extremely low impact incident, one car going 5 miles an hour and the other standing still and they convinced her that among other things, they needed to go through a technical process to check the frame for distortion from the collision. Sounds like taking advantage of a woman customer who may not be as confident in dealing with a repair shop to me. You can get a much better deal in Salem by shopping around. Avoid this place and get quotes elsewhere!!! (Actually, I just double checked and the price was closer to $1800)

Jonathan and Hunter were really great to work with. They even went out of their way and fixed a pre-existing scratch, which made me really happy. After replying with the pictures, VIN, and also letting them know that I could come in person if needed. Two days passed, still no response so I sent a follow up email asking if anything else was needed/if the pictures sent alright. It has now been a week and I still have not heard back. What was supposed to just be a simple paint patch job has now set me back a week. Do not recommend if you want quality customer service in a timely manner.

Took it back and it's been sitting there not touched for two weeks and no one thought to call to tell me there was an issue. Went and picked it up today. A hose was dangling from the underneath. Nice. They told my insurance company it wasn't safe to drive. Then why did they send it home the first time saying all repairs were complete?? I took it back to them because they didn't fix the bumpers or the windows or the running board. My claims officer called them and asked why all of a sudden it wasn't safe?
