They gave us a Ford Escort loaner and have my one year old Subaru Solterra which they are periodically driving (my phone app tracks this) They should have NOT taken my car until the parts were delivered and ready to be installed The Ford Escort loaner is eating up gas and isn't robust enough to haul heavy shipments to UPS. They still have NOT given us an ETA as to when my car will be ready. I will never use this place again.

So I had 2 repairs at the same time. Before i went my driver window worked. After it didn't work. (They tried to say preexisting) I had pictures of it working AT the accident, they also made my key not work in the door. And i had rear damage. They didn't do the back bumper correctly. It wiggled and was soft. When I inspected it more they forgot a shock exorbitant in the bumper. I went back and the general manager said my 2014 car was so new nissan says it's not needed anymore. So my car is so old the window wont work but so new they are changing things? I went to nissan of salem to check. There have been no changes to the bumper and it's a safety thing. After replying with the pictures, VIN, and also letting them know that I could come in person if needed. Two days passed, still no response so I sent a follow up email asking if anything else was needed/if the pictures sent alright. It has now been a week and I still have not heard back. What was supposed to just be a simple paint patch job has now set me back a week. Do not recommend if you want quality customer service in a timely manner.

Took it back and it's been sitting there not touched for two weeks and no one thought to call to tell me there was an issue. Went and picked it up today. A hose was dangling from the underneath. Nice. They told my insurance company it wasn't safe to drive. Then why did they send it home the first time saying all repairs were complete?? I took it back to them because they didn't fix the bumpers or the windows or the running board. My claims officer called them and asked why all of a sudden it wasn't safe? They said that was incorrect information. Super mad! I'll go somewhere else for the rest of the repairs. The office ladies are very nice though, the only positive thing I have to say.

No one returned my call, and when I called back the following day, they told me it would be at least 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. Only after threatening to take my car to another shop, they "fast tracked" me and got it done within the week. To top it off, the woman at the counter does not know how to wear a face mask properly. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
