When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.

I was trying to straighten out to avoid getting damaged. They fold back both mirrors, but no one bothers to put them back, so you have to park and adjust them - not a drive through. AND I don't know why the blowers are set up to practically break your wiper arms. The tailgate is still dirty, but I got most of the mountain dirt off, so I guess it's going to have to do. The interior wasn't properly wiped down, and there were still plenty of bugs left on the exterior after the wash. During the hour we were there, I noticed the employee assigned to our vehicle standing around quite a bit instead of actually cleaning it. For a full-service car wash, I expected much better attention to detail. The whole process took about an hour, and the results simply didn't justify the price. We made the drive from Lincoln City because there aren't any full-service car washes closer to us, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the trip. We'll be looking for other options next time.
