The car wash does a decent job. The vacuums are free but there is no suction and won't vacuum up anything. Very frustrating and disappointing. If they can fix the vacuums this would be a great car wash. read more

I took my sequoia through the wash. the kid with the brush hooked the brush on my rear windshield wiper. I noticed it wasn't back where it belonged after the wash. I took it to Capitol Toyota to see why it wasn't hooked correct. the wiper arm was bent and the wiper motor ruined. a five hundred dollar fix. first time taking it through the car wash. he hooked the dam brush on the wiper. don't let them use the brush on your car. they are not careful. they also push the side mirrors in. no they are power. geeez read more

After traveling and it looking grungy I decided on this place because it had the most "I've been coming here for 20 years" reviews. Worst. Mistake. Visited Monday, Oct. 8th, 8:15 am. My daughter's car was real dirty from road grime, as well as college student laziness...Thru Yelp Nation, this car wash was around the corner from the Residence Inn in Salem. Fortunately when we went there wasn't a line... we purchased the $11.00 "Works package...service attendant was cordial and did the prerequisite scrubbing of tires and heavily soiled areas. Car came out as clean as expected with no damages or complaints. I would definitely recommend this carwash, off Mission Street, near Costco's. read more

I visited today for a LONG overdue car wash. It's located on Ryan, the small street by Costco, it's a semi-convenient location and the prices are fair. When you pull up, you follow the cones and there will be a "menu" for your car wash options and a worker will come out and take your payment. They do a pre scrub on your car which is nice (especially since mine was so dirty). After the wash, there are a few spots for free vacuum use. I was lazy and didn't use it, but I will next time. The only downside to the whole thing was that the side cleaners are super strong - they wiped off my little blind spot mirror on the driver side. I would consider closing your side mirrors if you come here. read more

How disappointing. Worst car wash I've ever had. I've been coming to Robersons for years. When I ordered my typical Deluxe, the attendant explained that they'd had a remodel and the Deluxe was now the RainX option abs would cost $16.00. $5.00 more than before, which I ordered. The brush attendant couldn't have been more disinterested. He didn't wash the side mirrors or the side windows at all. When the wash was done, it looked terrible!! I was pressed for time and the line was long so I didn't try to repeat. Later, when I got home I had to clean the side windows, outside, myself. I go to a car wash to save work. Not add more work for me to do. Needless to say. I won't be going back. They just lost this years-long customer!! read more

Maybe I'm used to parts of the country where they actually have outstanding car wash places... but this place was well-below average. The rinse cycle was too short and the dryers ineffective. But the most disappointing part were the vacuums. They didn't suck... which for a vacuum cleaner is actually a BAD thing; since, by their nature, they are SUPPOSED to suck. I've been using this carwash off and on for about 20 years. They've gone through some changes, but never seem to get much better. I only use them when I can't/don't want to wash the car myself. My major complaint is that the simply do not get the rear of the car clean - ever. I've had different models of cars over the years, and in Oregon's wet weather, most of the grime winds up on the back of the car. Most recently (Last week of Feb '19) - I'd been on a road trip and specifically asked the money-taker to concentrate on the REAR... gave him $2 tip!! When I got home, the car overall was pretty clean, but the REAR was Horrible!!! I had to get out rags and totally go over it again myself. I don't know if Roberson assigns duty to the attendants here as punishment, or what - the turnover seems to be constant - always new faces. I have NO idea what 'training' they get, if any at all. But I'm about fed up with this place. It's the most convenient location for me, but the results are worthless. They've made changes to the equipment, but still cannot get a car clean. read more

I decided to go through early before work at about 7:10. I asked for the works $16 a gave a tip as well. Part way through the car wash stopped. I honked and the man working came and said" the oils ran out bad timing. ". He didn't offer a free wash but I didn't ask either. He Fixed it and ran me through. Roberson's Is closed for maintenance their website shows open but when you get there they are closed. There is no word or signs on when they will be opening the phone number listed on their website is not working or out of order so I cant get any answers. They have been closed for a couple of weeks now. I wish there were some answers. read more

They started with a hand scrub which was cool, the guy was very nice and attentive. Although not enough vacuum machines.

Good thing I had a towel in my gym bag . Water was not dry on most of the car.Not very good cleaning of wheels and windows. Should never expect anything good from Detroits number 3 or last place auto maker. That's why I moved from there. The vacuum cleaner does not suck (but the whole place does) This car wash is a JOKE !You could do better having a traffic light hobo window cleaner than this place. read more

This is your standard carwash. Its quite busy around lunchtime, but mornings are usually free. The kids that work here are especially hard working and they seem to practically wash my entire car with the foamy brushes before my car car goes through the actual carwash. I don't have dirty spots on my car when I exit the carwash like I do at some places, and my wheels always look extra sharp. read more

I am a weekly customer here but this morning when i was there i was very disappointed with the answer I got when I told the employee there that the Vacuums were not picking up. He told me because it was cold out still they need it time to warm up ... REALLY ? How stupid did he think i was to believe something like that . There are plenty of other places to get my car wash in Salem i wont be going there again. BTW the reason they were not working was because the clean out doors were open on all the machines..... read more
