Don't waste your time or money. We paid for the Gold Service (about $50) and left very disappointed. The interior wasn't properly wiped down, and there were still plenty of bugs left on the exterior after the wash. During the hour we were there, I noticed the employee assigned to our vehicle standing around quite a bit instead of actually cleaning it. For a full-service car wash, I expected much better attention to detail. The whole process took about an hour, and the results simply didn't justify the price. We made the drive from Lincoln City because there aren't any full-service car washes closer to us, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the trip. We'll be looking for other options next time. read more

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The automatic car wash does a good job without having to dried through it. The wipe down crew who dry and - if you get the interior cleanup package - wipe down the inside of your car are fantastic and make sure to tip them well for a job well done. read more

I used to bring my car here all the time when I worked in Salem, and they always did a great job. I live in Sherwood now & decided to drive down for a clean - I still can't find a car wash that does a better job than these guys, it was totally worth the drive. For $48 they did a better cleaning inside AND outside my car than when I paid $199 for a detailing somewhere else where they spent 10 minutes telling me all the things they wouldn't do. Magic Touch is the jam - it's always busy so don't go if you're in rush, but it's worth the time! read more

Took my car in today. They didn't dry the passengers side, so the windows and mirrors were spotted. We had asked them to get the pine needles from the trunk area. They didn't until we reminded them. The back seat didn't get vacuumed. I ended up spending an hour detailing it when I got home. Won't be back read more

Unacceptable Negligence - Gave My Car to a Stranger! BEWARE of this car wash. Today, they almost gave my car away to the wrong person. After the wash, they let another woman get into my car, and she was about to drive off. I caught it just in time. How could this happen? How could the staff be so careless? And how could the woman not realize it wasn't her car? It raises serious questions ?? I'm sharing this to warn everyone read more

They did such a great job with my car! Dog hair that was all over my seats is gone, mats look like new, and they even got old adhesive off my windshield! LOVE the service read more

Amazing service!! Fast and did a great job cleaning my car inside and out! These hard working men need raises!! Love how smooth the whole process was and it was busy!! I'll definitely be back! The price is right too!! Mahalo and be blessed! read more

Worst service I have ever had there. Unfriendly people and one with a hoodie on his head and a mask wouldn't even speak to me. If the older employees are not working there anymore I will take my business elsewhere. read more

They did a great job with my vehicle! It looks and smells great inside and out. Affordable.

Should have listened to the reviews. Didn't and now I regret it. Obviously they take no responsibility and said that it couldn't be their machines. But this scratch and dent was not present on my new car before I took it in, and now it exists. I can't recommend enough NOT going here to get your car washed. read more

Disappointed in this. I'd heard it was a great service for a good value. When called they quoted a lesser charge than it turned out to be.quite a bit of pet hair remained as well as less than clean mats- Hoping with all the tools and guys it would've been better... read more

I was so impressed about the value, efficiency, quality of work and friendliness. I will drive past the car wash in South Salem to get to North Salem for this great service. read more

Thought I would give this place one more try. And again they disappointed like none other. I paid for the complete detail and what I got could have been done by a child. And there were no cars waiting other than the car in front of me and there were at least 10 workers hanging around eating ice cream. Once my car was finished they left it in the parking lot and didn't tell me. They just took the key inside and left it. This was your last chance with me Magic Touch - I will not be back! Of course no one at this establishment will read or comment on the reviews so it falls on deaf ears. But anyone else reading it will get an eyeful of the lousy service that is performed here. read more

I got robbed! I've been going to this car wash for years but I've absolutely had it this time. I took my new car there several months back and they broke my latch hook floor mats. They're not terribly good at detailing for as long as the wash takes. I took my car in this Sunday after a family spring break trip. Didn't know my daughter's wallet was in the passenger seat pocket. She went to get it this morning and all her money was gone! Not only did I wait almost two hours for a sub par wash, I paid for it twice! I've called but haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. I fully intend to drive by there and make a formal complaint. If they don't resolve it I'll just take it up the chain. I don't usually trash businesses but there's no way I would recommend a business who steals from its patrons! Until they make this right I won't be going back and will tell anyone I know to go somewhere else or be extra careful with their items. read more

This outfit does an excellent job with both exterior and interior cleaning. Now that I've moved north, it's still worth the effort and expense of driving back down to get my car cleaned by them. Each time, I just pray there's not a long line! read more

They do a great job. I get just a regular wash and they dry my truck when it's done. It costs no more than the splash and dash places I used to go to. read more

I just learned about Magic Touch from a friend that recently had found them and had her car done and she was so pleased. She had the $35 service. So I just popped in today. I just left there and wow! I could not be any happier. I had the the $65 service done because I had been on some dirt roads and I am just thrilled. Not only did they do a great job inside and out but I waited maybe an hour there. They had so many cars stacked when I came in that I was afraid they would say they couldn't do it. But they did it and got everyone through in an hour. Amazing! I will go here again and many times more. read more

Don't waste your money, this place has gone downhill. My 10 year old does a bette job. I came here several months back and didn't have a great experience but figured I'd try it again, maybe it was an off day. After today I will never come here again. I paid for a full inside detail and as you can see from the photos, they struggled to even vacuum well. read more

I paid for a car wash and interior detailing. The outside of the car looked great, the inside front looked good. The back seat, which gets a lot of dust because it's a convertible was filthy and untouched. I had to borrow a rag and some cleaner and do it myself. Later I found they'd stolen all the change I keep in my center console. read more

I always brought my car there for a complete wash but after today never again. My car came out of the wash area and was not bothered with for almost 1 hour. Cars that came out after were finished before my car was finished. If I had not complained I would probably still be waiting. They lost a loyal customer because of this. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. read more

I've always taken my car here to be cleaned. Just took it in last week for the platinum service and it came out looking like a new car. They did a great job. I have three dogs who ride in my Outback a lot so there's dog hair even though I have a rug and covering in the back. Took them to the beach so naturally there was sand and dog hair - - no more! Look past the negative reviews and take your car here. These guys work hard and fast. No complaints. read more

Had to go back through a second time because they spilled stuff in my back seat and just left it. Didn't get any of the dog air vacuumed up. Very disappointed they used to do such a good job read more

I've had good experiences here besides it's the only real car wash in town that actually does the job

They do such a remarkable job cleaning my car. I had a lot of dog hair from my puppy and it was all gone after they cleaned it out. Very much appreciated. They are efficient as well. Highly recommend this business. read more

I got here 15 minutes early to ensure I would be first in line. At 8:00 an employee showed up and put his car through the wash ahead of me. 16 minutes after they were supposed to be open they finally started with me. This is very poor performance for an expensive car wash. read more

These guys were FABulous. Last time I got my kia washed/detailed I went elsewhere, was disappointed. But Magic Touch did a GREAT job! I tipped big. Well worth it. read more

I live in Albany, so I only use magic touch sporadically 5-8 times a year. I keep going there because they do a great job. Last time I failed to take into co sidération the long line of cars and my limited time before I had to be back at work. I had already paid for the service before I looked at the clock! I asked how long it would take for my car to be done, they estimated 1 hour and I didn't have one hour because I had to go back to work... I explained my situation to one of the guys and he switched things around and fix it for me to get out of there on time! Gray service! read more

I have taken both my car and my truck to Magic Touch Car Wash. I have always felt that they did an excellent job at cleaning my car. Recently, I took my Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4 there for a mini-detail and later for just an exterior wash and both times the truck came away looking like I just drove it away from the dealership. The mini-detail included an interior armor-all treatment that really made the interior shine. My only complaint is that if you go there when they're busy, you may wait for almost an hour until you get your car. If you can go when they're not really busy, you're probably looking at 30-40 minutes from start to finish. Nice waiting area both inside and out. read more

I don't usually dedicate a few minutes of my life to write a poor review, but today I went to magic touch car was and got an interior and exterior wash and cleaning service for my car that is fairly new, basically empty inside with not much left to do, but I decide to try magic car wash service for the first time. I didn't want to ruin my black leather seats so I trusted they would do better. To my surprise after I left I noticed that on my gear shift knob was dirty (how was it missed? I don't know). I drove home and when I was putting stuff in my car I noticed my black leather seats were stained with the product they sprayed it with and my carpets in the back were not aspirated. The driver seat still had some dirt. I am disappointed that I could have saved 55 dollars and done a shitty job myself. I will not be going back. Please don't be like me and inspect your cars after the "cleaning service" or choose a different place. Thank you for reading. read more

This carwash used to be the best. I understand Covid but 5 guys were working on my car. I paid like 38.00. I ended up asking for a rag so I could clean the sunroof and the door frames and I also reminded them like I do every time that I paid for the Lemon smell. I then tipped them with a $5.00 bill and got in the car and the back seat was never even wiped off. There was dirt in different places throughout the car. The sad thing is I try being nice and clean the trash out before I go so really it just needs a good vacuum and a wipe down. It is really sad, that people don't have pride in their work anymore. I won't be taking my car there anymore or recommending that car wash like I use to. read more

A little disappointed with the lacking in today's wash. Haven't been here for years, went up to $33 for the premium car wash. Wasn't too busy, still took about an hour, quality so so. Missed filth in cup holder, neglected to roll down windows some and get the gunk off the top of windows, detailing around tail gait, inside logo still very dirty, sorry, not worth the price read more

This is a good place to go, but for some reason this time. I had them redue a lt of issues. Paid for mats to be cleaned which they weren't. Back of seats were paid to be cleaned which were not. I know lot is packed, but don't take more customers than can handle. Ot has turn into quanity instead of Quality. read more

Parts of my car looked pretty good; however, parts of it were not cleaned and parts look worse than when I took it in. There were muddy foot prints on the front passenger seat. The back seat looked like they hadn't cleaned at all. Won't be returning here. I didn't have time to ask them to fix what need to still be done. read more

Horrible... if I could give them a ZERO,, I would... first off... they said it would take 45 minutes.... almost 2 hours later the kid was still in my BMW salivating all over it.. taking his sweet time... drove it around the building a couple times.... I paid $34.00 dollars to go home and find... he didn't even open the trunk to vacuum it out!!! I had taken everything out of the trunk so it would be easy to clean... they also did not clean my console between the front seats. Unbelievable ... I going to ask for my money back!!! read more

I just left this car wash and for $33.00 I'm not very happy. My rims still have dirt on them, my car was poorly vacuumed, there's still stuff on the interior, and not to mention things were thrown away that were sentimental on my dash. (My car wasn't filthy either, just throwing that out there!) I would understand (kinda) if stuff was thrown away that was on the floor, but not roses on someone's dash. When I called they pretty much told me they didn't care and they weren't going to do anything about it. I simply wanted a "hey sorry that happened" wasn't expecting my money back or anything. I will never take my car back to this establishment, and I will never recommend my friends or family take their car here either. Very disappointed. read more
