Don't waste your time or money. We paid for the Gold Service (about $50) and left very disappointed. The interior wasn't properly wiped down, and there were still plenty of bugs left on the exterior after the wash. During the hour we were there, I noticed the employee assigned to our vehicle standing around quite a bit instead of actually cleaning it. For a full-service car wash, I expected much better attention to detail. The whole process took about an hour, and the results simply didn't justify the price. We made the drive from Lincoln City because there aren't any full-service car washes closer to us, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the trip. We'll be looking for other options next time. read more

Took my car in today. They didn't dry the passengers side, so the windows and mirrors were spotted. We had asked them to get the pine needles from the trunk area. They didn't until we reminded them. I used to bring my car here all the time when I worked in Salem, and they always did a great job. I live in Sherwood now & decided to drive down for a clean - I still can't find a car wash that does a better job than these guys, it was totally worth the drive. For $48 they did a better cleaning inside AND outside my car than when I paid $199 for a detailing somewhere else where they spent 10 minutes telling me all the things they wouldn't do. Thought I would give this place one more try. And again they disappointed like none other. I paid for the complete detail and what I got could have been done by a child. And there were no cars waiting other than the car in front of me and there were at least 10 workers hanging around eating ice cream. Once my car was finished they left it in the parking lot and didn't tell me. They just took the key inside and left it. This was your last chance with me Magic Touch - I will not be back! I got robbed! I've been going to this car wash for years but I've absolutely had it this time. I took my new car there several months back and they broke my latch hook floor mats. They're not terribly good at detailing for as long as the wash takes. I took my car in this Sunday after a family spring break trip. Didn't know my daughter's wallet was in the passenger seat pocket. She went to get it this morning and all her money was gone! Not only did I wait almost two hours for a sub par wash, I paid for it twice! I've called but haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. I fully intend to drive by there and make a formal complaint. If they don't resolve it I'll just take it up the chain. I don't usually trash businesses but there's no way I would recommend a business who steals from its patrons! Until they make this right I won't be going back and will tell anyone I know to go somewhere else or be extra careful with their items. read more

I just learned about Magic Touch from a friend that recently had found them and had her car done and she was so pleased. She had the $35 service. So I just popped in today. I just left there and wow! I could not be any happier. I had the the $65 service done because I had been on some dirt roads and I am just thrilled. Not only did they do a great job inside and out but I waited maybe an hour there. They had so many cars stacked when I came in that I was afraid they would say they couldn't do it. But they did it and got everyone through in an hour. Amazing! I will go here again and many times more. read more

I paid for a car wash and interior detailing. The outside of the car looked great, the inside front looked good. The back seat, which gets a lot of dust because it's a convertible was filthy and untouched. I had to borrow a rag and some cleaner and do it myself. I always brought my car there for a complete wash but after today never again. My car came out of the wash area and was not bothered with for almost 1 hour. Cars that came out after were finished before my car was finished. If I had not complained I would probably still be waiting. They lost a loyal customer because of this. I've always taken my car here to be cleaned. Just took it in last week for the platinum service and it came out looking like a new car. They did a great job. I have three dogs who ride in my Outback a lot so there's dog hair even though I have a rug and covering in the back. Took them to the beach so naturally there was sand and dog hair - - no more! I got here 15 minutes early to ensure I would be first in line. At 8:00 an employee showed up and put his car through the wash ahead of me. 16 minutes after they were supposed to be open they finally started with me. This is very poor performance for an expensive car wash. read more

I live in Albany, so I only use magic touch sporadically 5-8 times a year. I keep going there because they do a great job. Last time I failed to take into co sidération the long line of cars and my limited time before I had to be back at work. I had already paid for the service before I looked at the clock! I asked how long it would take for my car to be done, they estimated 1 hour and I didn't have one hour because I had to go back to work... Went through car wash today had not been for awhile asked to wash my car and do the wheels and tires. The wheels were not cleaned in the lug nut area or on the wheels I will call them tomarrow. 20 bucks I could have done a better job at home. I have taken both my car and my truck to Magic Touch Car Wash. I have always felt that they did an excellent job at cleaning my car. Recently, I took my Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4 there for a mini-detail and later for just an exterior wash and both times the truck came away looking like I just drove it away from the dealership. The mini-detail included an interior armor-all treatment that really made the interior shine. My only complaint is that if you go there when they're busy, you may wait for almost an hour until you get your car. If you can go when they're not really busy, you're probably looking at 30-40 minutes from start to finish. Nice waiting area both inside and out. read more

I don't usually dedicate a few minutes of my life to write a poor review, but today I went to magic touch car was and got an interior and exterior wash and cleaning service for my car that is fairly new, basically empty inside with not much left to do, but I decide to try magic car wash service for the first time. I didn't want to ruin my black leather seats so I trusted they would do better. To my surprise after I left I noticed that on my gear shift knob was dirty (how was it missed? I don't know). I drove home and when I was putting stuff in my car I noticed my black leather seats were stained with the product they sprayed it with and my carpets in the back were not aspirated. The driver seat still had some dirt. I am disappointed that I could have saved 55 dollars and done a shitty job myself. I will not be going back. This carwash used to be the best. I understand Covid but 5 guys were working on my car. I paid like 38.00. I ended up asking for a rag so I could clean the sunroof and the door frames and I also reminded them like I do every time that I paid for the Lemon smell. I then tipped them with a $5.00 bill and got in the car and the back seat was never even wiped off. There was dirt in different places throughout the car. The sad thing is I try being nice and clean the trash out before I go so really it just needs a good vacuum and a wipe down. It is really sad, that people don't have pride in their work anymore. This is a good place to go, but for some reason this time. I had them redue a lt of issues. Paid for mats to be cleaned which they weren't. Back of seats were paid to be cleaned which were not. Parts of my car looked pretty good; however, parts of it were not cleaned and parts look worse than when I took it in. There were muddy foot prints on the front passenger seat. Horrible... if I could give them a ZERO,, I would... first off... they said it would take 45 minutes.... almost 2 hours later the kid was still in my BMW salivating all over it.. taking his sweet time... drove it around the building a couple times.... I paid $34.00 dollars to go home and find... he didn't even open the trunk to vacuum it out!!!
