This car wash recently went through a remodel to make it "better", but actually some parts got…read moreworse. The line can be excruciatingly slow, especially when you have purchased a "speed pass" AND especially if the person in front of you is buying a new membership. (Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.

The engine got a quick clean to clear all the debris at the base of the windshield, the interior is vacuumed and windows were done, even cleaned a little spot on the seat so the inside looks new too! This is a review for Platinum's mobile auto detailing…read more It was easy to schedule, and reschedule when a conflict came up. I did it all online. Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.
