I used dent repair where I used to live and it's like a little auto body miracle. We live on the Coast so nobody is close. We had to drive 2 hours one way to meet him. We met him at the Super Walmart so we were able to shop while the truck was fixed. An hour later, he was done. Yep.....still an auto body miracle in my option. SOOO worth the drive. And said oh yeah that's an issue. Not straight to the point, and didn't answer our questions of cost or explanation. Then Later in this conversation, added that there was this issue... we asked about the cost again. They didn't find out the cost or wasn't sure. We waited for their phone call to hear on the prices. And 2-3 hours later, my husband called them and they still didn't look for the price for one part that we asked for. Like what have you been doing all this time?! Diagnose fee wasted. They didn't even write and print up a report for us. Definitely a fishy business. I want my money back.

If I were giving stars just on the work, I'd give 4.5 stars. If you look closely there are a few small cosmetic issues, but generally it's quite good work. Minus 1 star for poor communication, with long delays in getting back to me and failing to notify me of delays. Minus 2.5 stars for what I'll charitably describe as extreme optimism about costs and dates. I'll skip the complete list of optimistic dates. The bottom line: the estimate was $8,000 to $10,000 and 2 weeks, but it was actually well over $16,000 and 50 days.
