I paid him almost $200 and he said that I ordered the economy package that did not include shampooing the inside of the car. In July 2025 I took my 2023 Polestar 2 LRDM in to have it washed and waxed. Imagine my disappointment when I picked my car up only to find it covered in dust. When I commented on that to the owner he stated that it was because of the busy street near by. When I got home and looked at my car closer I noticed water spots. I was very disappointed. When I picked up my car the owner admitted they have a constant flow of work for one of the Used Car Dealerships, so the single customers are no longer as valuable to them. As such they do a subpar job. It seemed that now that they have a corporate contract that don't have time for the single Vehicle customer. Leading to them putting less effort and energy into other single vehicle customers. I feel like I wasted over $200 dollars. Car was nice and clean inside, BUT... 1.they ran my car out of gas and didn't say anything 2. Charged me for excessive dog hair when the only dog in it was not a shredder and seats were well covered w a dog cover (yes there was some dog vomit, but not fresh) 3. All my phone chargers are gone. They are okay. If you have a relatively new vehicle they will be perfect. It's kinda run like a car wash or other assembly line situation. One person handles one aspect then it's passed along to the next person for the next step. My issue is that I spent about a hour pointing out areas that needed attention after I arrived to pick up my truck. Keep in mind it is a 2010 and I wasn't expecting miracles, but for the amount of money I paid I wasn't gonna leave before it was corrected. Since then I found another local detail guys. I came in with my Honda that had a bad case of mold on the seats and seat belts also needed a cleaning. was deffiently worth the price, they completely got rid of the mold and made my car look good as new, interior was very shiny and no spots missed, even smelt great. I love this place! What a hidden gem for Salem. Just got my lil Rio detailed completely for the first time in 9 years and I feel like I bought a new car. That Rio has seen 9 years worth of road trips all over America and at some point was at the Gulf of Mexico on the side of Florida. It also survived the last few years of kid and pet. OK, OK, I wasn't any better myself either! It still has a lot of life in it and the detailing really curbed my desire to trade it in for a newer car. I'm glad I spent a couple hundred bucks over dropping a couple of thousand bucks. It just looks brand new inside/outside and I'm still stunned. In a good way! I have a 2016 Ford Escape. I am the original owner. I was thinking of selling it but for someone who's in sales and traveling all over picking up papers from people hauling things in my car I pretty much lived in it 24/7. The car was not in bad shape or anything it just had gotten dirty and I missed having that new car detail so I took it to Willamette auto detail and wanted the full package inside and out detailing. The manager Ken give me a quote and I agreed to that. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready by about 3:30 in the afternoon. I cannot believe how beautiful this car looked inside and out. The red paint even was showing that beautiful metallic shine. The inside dashboard and windshields were like new. I had previously spilled a dish that I was taking over to someone's house. It was uncooked eggs mixed with milk and cream. It had spilled out on the passenger side seat. I asked them if they were able to get it clean and he said oh yes.
