Lebanon towing took my car and didn't show up to the dealership until NOON THE NEXT DAY! When my car was done my entire sunroof was missing! the dealership has pictures of my car coming off the truck without a sunroof and the towing company had the nerve to lie about it and tell me that his co worker even followed him to the dealership and they won't even help! On top of them always ignoring my calls or not returning calls and giving me the run around, I had to order the part from a put of area wrecking yard and then have it installed totaling over $500!!! These people have no professionalism at all.

AA Towing's team came out quickly and assured me that they could tow it because they had a lot of experience at it. Tow it they did and they did a excellent job of it. They hauled me and my 42,280lb motorhome to the Cummins service Center which was a tight fit in the dark but he made it look easy. The guy behind the counter was extremely disrespectful at one point laughing at me when I stated I would simply hangout till the job was completed. He than explained this simple four wire installation would take 3 hours to install. His excuses was a relay needs to be installed (a relay consists of 4 wires 5 at most) After I explained to him that I am a mobile mechanic and have knowledge base behind the install he then got very disrespectful going as far as calling this "entire conversation ridiculous". Clearly this company does not care one bit about their customer service. I would advise any other towing / Mechanic shop in Albany Oregon.

I had the Durango towed in for my scheduled appointment yet my SUV sat for days before any looked at it. Eventually I was told that I needed a rotor and cap plus new spark plugs. $477 later and the SUV was still not running properly. After arguing with the mechanic he agreed to look at the Durango again, this time he informed me of the loose battery connections (which existed when he first looked at the vehicle) which he failed to notify me of in the beginning, and started listing numerous things wrong with my vehicle that he found the 1st time he looked at it. During this 2nd trip to the shop the mechanic was digging through the personal property in the back of my Durango. Guess he should have paid more attention to his surroundings!
