This is the second time we have used MTC Tree Care and this experience was as good or better than the first. They listen to what you want done and they get the job done. They pointed out the issues we had with our trees and gave us a very reasonable rate to do additional work while on site. We ended up with two trees trimmed and a third tree totally removed. Very Pleased with everything. read more

Contacted Mejia for a quote and he responded quickly. Mejia gave us a great price and he was able to come the following day to get the job done. We were happy with the work and rapid services. read more

5 stars to Danny and his team! This was my 2nd time hiring MTC Tree Care and they've been consistently professional and reliable, not to mention most reasonably priced. Danny was an excellent communicator throughout the process, from getting me his estimate (on the spot) to scheduling the work, coordinating his team on the job and ensuring completion to my satisfaction. I honestly couldn't believe how efficiently and effectively they completed the most recent job (removed 2 large palm trees, 3 small palms, and 5+ tree stumps in 2-3 hours), and left my house free of any debris. I will definitely be hiring MTC for future projects. read more

They trimmed my palm trees for a resonable price .excellent job recommend 100%

I've had other tree trimmers work on my property in the past, and this was the first time I used MTC and am happy I chose them!! Great communication from the beginning and they were one of the few that came to the house within hours of my Yelp request. I wasn't in a rush and was thinking I'd probably remove a large eucalyptus tree in a month or so. This tree was under power lines and next to my property line. Three other tree trimmers had quoted me quite a lot due to the trees location. Danny's quote was reasonable but he was willing to negotiate and the price we settled on was the best...enough for me to have MTC remove the tree the very next day!! They showed up as promised and quickly got to work. They did a great job avoiding the overhead wires and the fence below. They also cleaned up very well....not only my property but the neighbors too!!. They are punctual, professional and do a great job cleaning up! To top it off, we are now talking with them about landscaping the newly exposed area...so yes I would hire them again!! read more

Danny promptly contacted me within 20 minutes of my request to quote to trim my Mexican Palm Tree. He gave me a competitive quote to trim the fronds (leaves and branches at top of Palm Tree). I then asked him what it would cost to also skin the trunk, which he promptly replied with a quote that was better than any other quotes (4 others) by over 15%. Danny advised he and his crew were in the area (Aliso Viejo) and could complete the work same day. He arrived with his crew two hours later. Danny and his crew were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They even moved our patio set, umbrella and all to protect them from falling branches/debris. Danny had a crew of three including himself. He arrived with two trucks and a shredder (machine to cut the debris down) Danny and his crew spent about 4 hours in total trimming the fronds and skinning the trunk. The tree looks beautiful, see before and after photos. All areas where trucks were parked and work was performed were left as clean as when they arrived. Danny noticed that some debris fell into my neighbors yard, so he went to their home to remove debris. Extremely professional, competitive pricing, prompt same day service- I could not ask for any better! read more

Juan and his crew have performed about ten jobs for me, all of them at my 1 acre property in Anaheim Hills. They've done exceptional work with hillside weeding, tree removal, tree trimming, concrete / retaining wall work and planting trees and flowers. I appreciate their good communication and fair pricing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for one stop shopping full service landscaping and yard work. read more

These guys are fantastic, efficient, clean, etc... I can't say enough good things about them other they are amazing. They got here at a decent hour as not to bother the neighbors. Fair and reasonable pricing (personally I think they are worth more than they charged us!) The job they did looks better than I expected! I highly recommend them. read more

They did a great job with our trees in the backyard. They were careful not to trample the plants. We would recommend them!

Please disregard my previous post Danny and his crew came out to my house on time and did a wonderful wonderful job very reasonable he's my guy for my trees now read more

It started out ok but? I had to leave and the Forman said he would be there when I got back in an hour. But no. he left and I was back in less than an hour. So the the boss left instructions I guess but there was a breakdown so trees got cut that were not supposed to be and some that were not cut should have been. They did do a good job cleaning up. read more

Danny and his crew showed up on the day they said they would and took out two huge trees. I was very pleased with the work that was done. I just wish they would have been a little more careful with my garden. I knew it was going to be hard to save all the plants below. Still, they did a great job! read more

The crew was on time. They did the work professionally, and quickly and left everything thing cleaned up as well. Danny and his crew were great and I would recommend for anyone that needs their trees trimmed. Mine were getting a bit overgrown and they took care of it with no problems or issues. Great Work! read more

Sadly cannot recommend this company. After agreeing to have one trunk taken off of my giant bird of paradise, workers arrived and we reviewed what was to be done. I told them to leave the two surrounding trunks and just eliminate the small twigs around the base. Clearly misunderstood, they cut all three trunks off and left the small twigs around the base. If you know anything about trees, you know that I was left with no tree. After speaking with their supervisor on the phone regarding the problem, we decided that since there was no tree left due to their own fault, they should remove it entirely. To my surprise, a week later, working in the garden I discovered that they left the stump and covered it with dirt. I contacted the company again to express my concern and he immediately berated me that I was wrong and if there was any problem, it was due to me. Several times he told me I was the problem. Not sure how I, the customer who paid their company to take care of my tree am in error here, but this is the quality that you can expect from this company. I wouldn't be surprised if they respond to this review by again telling me that I'm wrong. read more

I had initially contacted MTC Tree Care to get rid of a tree, but decided to check out their other areas of work such as landscaping. I can say I was very impressed with the work they delivered, they most definitely surpassed my expectations. My lawn was looking new, refreshed, and as if it had been redone. Cannot put into words have extremely grateful I am to this group of hardworking men. They are reliable, friendly, communicative, on time, and most importantly they work in an efficient manner. The clean up is superb you wouldn't even know they demolished a tree there, exceptional job done by these guys I will definitely be contacting them again for any yard work I need. I would recommend Thats se guys if you're looking for an outstanding job done. read more

I luckily discovered MTC Tree Care & Landscaping because our neighbor was having some trees pruned. They ended up doing some work for me the next day and I was so pleased with their work. MTC is by far the best arborist/tree care company that we have hired since living (25+ years) at this location. Reasonable bid, knowledgeable, excellent communication, great energetic crew, super cleanup, and Raf had the whole operation running smoothly and on time. When the job was completed, we walked the area to see if everything was done correctly and then we paid. I will definitely have them back to prune other areas of the property. Thanks for the help! read more

Being new to the area, we didn't know who to contact to trim 2 palms in our front yard & a large oak in the backyard. We were fortunate that Juan was in the neighborhood to drop off his card after seeing the sad condition of our trees. Once we agreed to the job, his workers came by later in the afternoon but after some discussion with Rafael, we decided to get rid of the palms, something we were planning to do in the future. The palms were gone in the afternoon & MTC was back early the next day to grind the stumps & trim our oak. We were very impressed with their professionalism & work ethic. They were considerate of our neighbors & did an excellent clean up job. Will keep their contact info on hand for future work. read more

I called MTC to have a large tree trimmed/removed from my roof. Juan was very professional and quick to respond. He came to my house to give a free estimate, and then his team had the work done within 24 hours. The price was very reasonable and the communication was great. read more

Their estimate was more than double what other companies quoted , be careful they will try to take advantage of you. Claimed to be licensed and insured.., no license number on their card.., salesperson gets condescending when you point this out, notified Danny the owner but he stands by these business practices . Just read the owner's reply.., sounds sort of like a threat.., still trying to get license number so I can report you ,Most businesses supply their number on their business card ,why don't you? 23000 dollars is not 11 dollars a square foot, you need to go back to math class, also salesperson pointed out that he needs to pay the owner 50 percent of the cost and buy lunch for his crew and he pointed out that he needed to make enough money so he could buy a house when he is as old as me.., right, I am a senior citizen and their are laws against taking advantage of them!.. and after I made this comment I got a call from them ,presumably to harass me ..,Oh and I forgot.,,he said he had to charge for the estimate and he came to my house soliciting! And another thing.., he stated that anyone charging less than his ridiculous price would give you a subpar results.., really ! he imputed the reputation of every well established contractor in Redlands with that statement. read more

Danny and his crew were a top notch service from start to finish. We had our Palm tree removed along with some shrubs. Very prompt and efficient service with excellent pricing. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will definitely be calling them back for more work. Thank you guys!! read more

I would never use this tree service! Unreliable!! Flaky! They left their business card on my front door one day and was in need of someone to trim my one palm tree , the pods were dropping the seeds and needed to be cut off and cleaned. I called and spoke to Danny and he said he would be out tomorrow to take care of it, and his price was fair. I waited and waited and finally text him to find out when he was coming out and he said another job took more time and he would be out the next day, ok I said , no problem. He should have called to tell me but he didn't! The next day I waited again and waited, same thing, I text him again. He said sorry, there was another emergency and he would be out again in another day or so. Ok. He never called, never showed up. That's it! I found a excellent tree service .......Matthew's Tree Service! Check them out on Yelp! Matthew responded in minutes, came out the next day on time. Cleaned my palm tree, it looks beautiful! He was less expensive than MTC and Matthew showed up and got it done! Matthew's Tree Service is coming back next month to trim all my trees! MTC your loss!! DO NOT USE MTC! Use Matthew's Tree Service! read more

Hired them to put in a patio. Danny is very good at communicating. They were easy to work with and did quick work. There was a problem with one of the details after the job was over and they had been paid, but Danny stayed in contact and everything was fixed up to my satisfaction. Problems arise, that's life, but it is good to work with a company that stick around to make sure the customer is satisfied. Also, the job was left very clean at the end. read more

Hands down the best tree service I have ever gotten!!! I needed 2 queen palms removed with stump grinding and was concerned about the sprinkler pipes as well as the utility lines being really close. But then Danny recommended different options and took great care in removing the trees without damaging anything. Danny provide great customer service, he and his team arrive at the scheduled time, and Danny communicates with you making sure you are satisfied with the work!!
