We have resigned ourselves to just sending text messages back and forth as needed. "It's that time of the year again Ezra. Here's how my trees look. Can you give me an updated quote?" He's a very busy man so he may not be the fastest on responses but I'm telling you, it is worth the wait. As other people have said, Ezra's quotes are always the best. I do occasionally comp shop with other services just to see how things line up, but even with everything going on, with the cost of fuel going up and labor costs going up, Ezra has never tried to gouge me. His increases that have come up year to year always make sense and are very reasonable and expected. His crew comes in ON TIME, they professionally trim and take out the trimmed portions of trees, put it all into their chipper, and get it right out. They are very clean, fast, efficient, and always reliable. I highly recommend them and I don't know why I haven't Yelped about them before! Get your quote now.

They even cleaned up all of the shavings. One of the good things is the attention to detail. This company had to remove my drip line that I had around the tree. As someone who has been caring for my Crepe Myrtle for the past 17 years, I'm pretty particular about how it's trimmed. The tree has simply gotten too tall for me to maintain myself, and I wanted it pruned a very specific way. Reynaldo listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. Even this "crazy tree guy" couldn't have been happier with the results! In addition to the Crepe Myrtle, the crew pruned two Queen Palms and three very tall Italian Cypress trees. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the property looking fantastic. In fact, if it weren't for the beautifully trimmed trees, you wouldn't even know they had been there. Professional, courteous, skilled, and meticulous. I wouldn't hesitate to use Golden Oaks Tree Care again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality tree service. 5 stars all the way!

I was in search of a currently licensed and bonded reliable, reasonably priced, tree trimming…read morecompany to tackle nine (09) trees in our front and backyard that needed a lot of TLC. I started researching on Yelp and read a lot of great reviews for several local companies. But one company stood out just a bit more which I decided to inquire with: Golden Oak Tree Care. At first I used the Yelp messaging to initiate contact with Reynaldo, the owner, but soon switched to text messaging. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries, needs and pricing after I sent (upon his request) photographs of the nine trees that needed attention. We agreed upon a very reasonable price, then set up a date and time for him and his crew to perform the work. My wife was home so she met the two gentleman that work with Reynaldo. They arrived at the designated timeframe and were very cordial and polite according to my wife. They quickly went to our backyard to prep for their trimming. Reynaldo arrived shortly afterwards but before I arrived home from work. Upon arrival I met him and his crew. All three were really cool and answered all of my questions regarding the types of services they do besides tree care and what they do not do. That was really great news for me since I have several more landscaping projects I can request Reynaldo and his crew to help me out with. Reynald inquired with me if I would like my shrubbery trimmed as well. After deciding which shrubs needed attention, he indicated the additional amount to our original agreed upon amount, to which I agreed to and requested he take care of our shrubs. Again, his pricing is very fair and reasonable.

They did such a great job with the first thing, that having them come back out for something else just made sense. Daniel stopped by our house to give us a quote to trim our grapefruit tree and remove a tree stump. After speaking with a few companies, we felt like Elene's was the best option. He took the time to talk about the project, how to properly care for and trim citrus trees, and he was able to schedule the project for the next day. They came by and completed everything quickly and did an amazing job. After the project was completed we were able to have them back out in a few days to plant shrubs and transplant a hibiscus tree! Again, quick, efficient and job well done. Next we plan to work with them to trim our giant pine, and help us create a planter wall- two things that've been on our "list" for a long time. Over all working with this company was a great experience. I highly recommend them! Also- pricing was very reasonable, and aligned with other quotes we received.
