I visited Ms. Saigon Kitchen during its opening week and had a mixed experience. The food, while okay, caters more to the community in Issaquah than offering authentic Vietnamese cuisine. While it's understandable they aim for a fusion approach, it was disappointing for someone seeking authenticity. I ordered the bò né, a favorite dish, but found it lacking in flavor. On the bright side, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the owners did a great job with the decor. Overall, while I wouldn't return, it could serve as a decent place to introduce someone to Vietnamese cuisine. read more
