Either they are not paying attention, just give you what they want to give you, or run out of their most popular cookies consistently. For example, I stopped ordering their "Build you own 6 pack" because no matter which cookies I selected, I would inevitably end up with several spiced oatmeal raisin, lemon cooler, or white chocolate cranberry. These are my least favorite. Since I especially like their chocolate chunk and heath bar cookies, I started ordering their "Chocolatey treats box" which is supposed to include those 2 plus their triple chocolate chunk. I just received my order and got 3 triple chocolate chunk and 3 oatmeal raisin! In what world should oatmeal raisin be included in a chocolatey treats box? If you know that you run out of your most popular, make more of them. I'm over it.
