Rich, flavorful sauce without feeling overly heavy by the end of the meal. Service has consistently been professional and relaxed, and the atmosphere hits a nice balance between "special occasion" and casual dinner out. Alternatively, valet parking is available at the nearby JW Marriott, which may be more convenient.
