Since they are know for the burger we decided that was our choice. 2 smash burgers with grilled onions, burger sauce, cheese, and we added pickle. Burger came promptly about 10 mins later. I got to tell you this burger was delicious! No lie! It was crispy on the edges and moist and flavorful in the middle. The crispy edges were amazing. Plus it's big. I ate 1/2. It comes with fries. But you can get tator tots too. I got the fries. They are the coated kind. I'll be honest I am not a fan of coated fries. Should have gotten the tator tots. Those were better. But didn't know. Next time I do. There are a few locations. And other restaurants under this ownership in the area. I guess the ownership is throughout the far east side, we spoke to the server and she said they are good people and have good reputation too. That's good. The door dash app texted me and said your pizza will be ready at 7:20 I live about 5 minutes away so I zipped down it there and got there at 7:19. I used to work at a pizza joint called Domino's in high school. I'm very familiar with the pizza ovens specifically the conveyor ovens. The finish end of the conveyor ovens face the customers and I noticed there are no pizzas on the warming rack and no pizzas coming out of the ovens. The girl behind the counter said oh yours is coming out in just a second. I sat and waited 10 minutes went by and I stood up and the girl said it'll be out in just a second. 15 more minutes went by and I started to get angry when a fellow came out and said are you todd? I said yeah. Did you order a pepperoni and cheese pizza he asked? I said yes I did I'd like to know where it is. "We accidentally gave it away.". Be your pizza is coming out of the oven any minute now. I've been sitting through 25 minutes of waiting on my pizza to come out of the oven. No matter how good the pizza is sometimes it can be ruined. And it was ruined. Got home and to be quite frank I didn't even want it anymore. What really got me was when you order a $18 small pizza and it takes an extra 45 minutes to get it because the high school kids behind a counter kept screwing up, at the very minimum you offer the customer a discount. Maybe a coupon for a free pizza. Hell throw brownie in with it. Nothing. And with that I will end my relationship with Bada Bing Pizza. Sometimes return business isn't worth it to them.
