We had a unique need for a vessel in our outdoor casita; rustic yet refined. We went with a sandstone and it is absolutely amazing. What I am most impressed with is the customer experience. I placed the order and fat-fingered my zip code. I immediately received a personal email asking if they may assist, as well as a follow up email saying it was corrected and the order was in process. I received several follow up emails on the status, shipping, etc. The last email was to ensure I was completely satisfied with the purchase. If they do this for a simple sink (sorry, vessel), how do they act with a major order. Great client experience, fantastic follow through, and exceptional post sale communication. Well done... By the way, the sink is pretty cool too!! read more

We like the MR Direct sink that we found doing an open search on the internet, priced several places including shipping and I kept avoiding going directly to MR Direct website because typically, the host for the product is always the most expensive. WOW, was I surprised, it was less expensive than SEVERAL site and what was amazing, I got it in 2 days. When it came it was missing the mount kit, I called them, no questions, not an issue and guess what, it came the next day, holy crap, that was just great!!!!! Stop looking or trust me on the fear of better offers mind set, they are your best offer, and you are dealing with them directly. Nice job MR Direct, don't buy sinks all that often but when do, you will come to mind first. read more

Great Experience with Mr. Direct. I was pricing out vessel sinks and found them to be extraordinarily expensive for anything beyond plain glass / ceramic (and even some of those were up there). I was delighted to find MR. Direct. MY SINK IS GORGEOUS!!! It arrived quickly (less then a week) and without flaw. Being a geologist I was thrilled to be able to afford a natural stone sink. The overall color and appearance is just as it is shown on the website. Up close you can see the individual mineral grains, There's Garnets that blend nicely and give a great contrast. Some of the Feldspars are large and catch the light nicely. I absolutely love it. read more

We have ordered a stainless steel kitchen sink and a brushed nickel faucet from MR Direct. Service was great; items arrived in a few days. They are in the process of being installed in a new granite countertop, so I can't comment on performance; but the quality is excellent. We were a bit skeptical because the price was so low; but when the items arrived, our concerns were assuaged. We plan to do a bathroom reno, and MR Direct will be our go-to source for our faucets and sinks. I'm glad I didn't see any of the one-star reviews because I may not have bought my sink and faucet based on those reviews. I am very pleased with my purchase. read more

We purchased this faucet for a small bathroom remodel. The online ordering was easy, quick, and efficient. The faucet shipped very quickly and was at our doorstep within two days. We're very impressed with the quality of the faucet as we have been looking for one with all metal components for a reasonable price. This served our need and looks beautiful! It even has a soft water shutoff to prevent hammering. We have ordered from this company multiple times and have always been very pleased with the products and customer service! We will certainly continue to be their customers and recommend to all our family and friends. read more

Purchased a stainless steel sink, faucet, and accessories for a kitchen remodel. Had a problem with the multifunction sprayer on the faucet and the company replaced it immediately. They were very courteous and professional and they stand behind their products. The sprayer works great and we are very happy with the faucet and sink. After a year we had a problem with the sink basket, which they promptly replaced. I just ordered a new bath faucet for our current home and plan on using MR Direct for a future home as well. Their prices are extremely competitive and we are happy with their products. read more

I was anxious about ordering this granite vessel sink online, especially because their prices were so much more reasonable than what I had seen elsewhere, but the service was exceptional--3 DAYS, with standard shipping--the product was safely packaged, and arrived intact. It was exactly what I was looking for, and for a fabulous price to boot. I will recommend them highly to anyone. PS: I was concerned that the shipping fee on a granite sink was going to make the affordable vessel sink not very affordable, but it was reasonable and even with that, the total price was a bargain. read more

First, I got the sink in 2 days. So fast! Next, the quality and dimensions fit perfectly to replace an old sink. The plumber even complimented how he liked the drain baskets. The sink SHOUTS quality of design and workmanship. I love to cook and bake and a beautiful sink totally adds to my joy in the kitchen. I highly recommend this sink because it has transformed the aesthetics in my kitchen as well as my enjoyment in using the sink. Who knew? Think about it, a sink is a tool and everyone deserves excellent tools to enhance their work. Many thanks. Susan Phillips read more

Very nice appearing products, especially the stainless kitchen sink. The problem is their faucets. I purchased 4 faucets; a kitchen faucet and three bathroom faucets. On the kitchen faucet I had to dig out excess rubber left in the hot water line to unplug it. All 3 bathroom faucets leak where the stopper control rod exits the drain pipe. Even after a call to technical assistance using their advice they still leak. Will probably return them if a solution can't be found. So from my experience, purchase their stainless sinks but purchase your faucets elsewhere. read more

I am nothing, if not a picky shopper. I will research something to death before I "pull the trigger" and make a purchase. I am very hesitant to purchase things online, because I want to be able to see and touch the item I buy to make sure that it is the quality that I want. After much comparison shopping both at the big box stores, little boutique shops and online, I took a chance with Mr. Direct. Let me say that Mr. Direct has exceeded my expectations! I love love love the shower faucet set I purchased! I am sure to become a repeat customer. read more

I did a lot of research before purchasing this sink and found that it was the best quality for the best price. It is very similar to my old sink which was an over the counter mount and we got new counter tops so we needed an under mount sink. My contractor said great quality and gave him a run for his money drilling the holes for accessories because the steel is such good quality. My contractor couldn't believe the great price either! It came packaged well and was in perfect condition. Very nice! I would definitely purchase this sink again. read more

We ordered two 16 gauge sinks - one double bowl and one single bowl prep. Both are well made, very sturdy, and made in the USA - so much better than the big box stores and costs less, even with the shipping cost! We also got the cutting board, grid and basket strainer for the prep sink. All are of high quality and I appreciated the convenience of being able to get them all together in one order. Everything was well packaged and shipping was very fast. I will definitely be recommending and ordering again from MrDirect. read more

Hi We have ordered 2 beautiful copper sinks from Mr Direct. They were delivered in a timely fashion. I had email contact with them prior to order. We live in Canada and there was no problem with the delivery. Taxes were paid up front and we had no additional charges when they arrived. They were packed very well so no damage was done. It was obvious to us this business cares about their "business" and we were very grateful for that! I would not hesitate to purchase through Mr Direct again. Cathy & Warren read more

We are in the process of remodeling -- what started out as a kitchen project and it snowbaled to multiple rooms. Our fabricator (Insignia) recommended we look at Mr.Direct for sinks as I was having a hard time finding what I wanted. On receipt of our items I noted that the faucet was not what I thought I wanted! One call to customer service and Erin helped me resolve the issue and sent out the beautiful waterfall faucet that I wanted! Would recommend them with no reservations -- thanks Erin! read more

My client and I were absolutely thrilled with this beautiful vessel sink. While the photo is fine it doesn't capture the richness and deep saturation of the burgundy color. We purchased two other models elsewhere for comparison, there was none and MR's price was by far the best, we returned them the next day. When a client is as pleased as mine was you have to take notice. I will be shopping again with MR Direct in the near future. Just what the "Doctor" ordered! I was a bit skeptical of this purchase at first as this was a higher gauge stainless sink than what I had picked out at the local box store (16 vs 18,) plus I got it with extras like a sink grid & drain, and even after paying shipping it was still $40 less than the box store version that came with no extras. In addition, I received it in just 2 days! I am super happy with this purchase as this sink is beautiful & I saved a lot of money by buying at MRdirect. read more

Love this company. Super well priced and so easy to get an order for any kind of kitchen or bathroom remodel. We love their products. Saw their vessel sinks at the kitchen and bath show in Las Vegas and started using their product on all our upcoming projects. You get a gorgeous colored glass sink with the right type of faucet made specifically for the height that is needed in different finishes. Definitely check them out. You will love this company. read more

Very fast delivery, I also called customer service to confirm my order would not get held up because I was shipping it to my fabricator. Customer service specialist (not a recorded message!) answered right away and answered all my questions efficiently and I was blown away with service every step of my order. i LOVE my sink and wish I could order a new house from MR Direct!!! Wish there were more companies just like it! read more
