He was extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the best pad and carpet for my needs. I chose a carpet and pad, then arranged for delivery and installation. There was about a two week wait from ordering my carpet to the carpet being delivered to the store. At that time, I arranged installation. They allowed me to stretch the installation over two non-consecutive days so I could get my furniture and other possessions moved and out of the way. There were two separate installation crews and both were friendly and efficient. It was raining both days and both crews took great pains to not track in any mud while they were in and out of my house. Both crews did an excellent and efficient job on the installation and were on their way much quicker than I imagined they would be. The carpet looks fantastic and feels good under my feet. I definitely would recommend Carpets by Otto on Angola Road in Toledo, Ohio.
