My dryer vent had a number of safety and efficiency problems. I was planning to fix them myself…read morewhen I realized that the hole through my rim joist was too small to accommodate a proper 4" vent pipe. That is when I decided to hire someone to fix it for me instead of continuing down the DIY route. I talked to Adam at the Fabulous Mr Fix It who advised me on what supplies to order. The person who came out to do the installation was friendly and professional and did a perfect job including expanding the existing rim joist hole to the proper size. All of this was done for the price of the service call. I don't have any other "fix it" type projects that I need done right now but I will definitely call these guys in the future the next time something comes up that I don't want to handle myself.

He was very informative, reasonable, trustworthy, and we had fantastic results! The…read moreowner of the company cleared it out were done in less than 15 minutes and it cost us $250 with only a 10 guarantee! I said wow I'm in the wrong business, I didn't know anyone made $250 in 15 minutes and he said the price has gone up And started saying that he had to get his oil changed in his truck and it cost over $100. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything cause we all get our oil changed. Also he doesn't know how to knock on the door, he opened the door and stuck his head in yelling my name as if we were friends scaring my children while doing this. I did have this same company out close to 2 years ago and it was only $125 . Not sure inflation is that bad. Our situation had to get dealt with so I couldn't call around and I should not have assumed that this company hadn't gone money hungry, so I was shocked about the cost, I do understand cost of stuff and if he was here for hours but owners of companies can use discrepancy if it's a fast job. I won't use them anymore.

100% recommend Naz Home Improvement based on our experience with him…read more.. What Naz Did for Us: Naz installed our in-suite whirlpool tub, which involved bringing plumbing from the master bath into the main bedroom suite, doing electrical work at the breaker panel, carpentry to build the frame for the drop-in tub and tiling over the whole enclosure and the floor. How Naz Conducts Business: He was professional from start to finish. Responsive phone calls to our initial inquiry, booties over his shoes when coming out to quote and a line item quote told me from the beginning that Naz is a contractor holding himself to a professional standard. Naz spent 3wks in our home and was SUPER great the whole time. There were a couple unplanned changes as the project progressed, but Naz was very agreeable and reasonable about everything--he even suggested a few to make the finished result better than we planned and we're so glad he did! Naz's Work: Naz is more than an installer--he's a craftsman that takes PRIDE in his work. He made a couple recommendations beyond the original scope of the project at his own expense because he believed it would look or function better. That's how much he CARES. As to the quality of his work, I think the pictures from myself and others speak for themselves. If you get Naz on your project, you won't be disappointed.

There are seriously no words to describe Naz. The closest I can think of is an angel. 5 stars…read morearen't nearly enough! Naz has been a blessing to me and my family. My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. My mom told him a color and he put everything together himself! My mom is excited to work with him for future projects in the home. If you need something done in your home, I HIGHLY recommend Naz for the job! You will NOT be disappointed.
