The salesman never gave me the vibe that he was trying to get me to spend any more money. Rather he seemed much more concerned with making sure I got what I needed. Even better, I spent far less than what I expected. He seemed obviously much more concerned with winning over repeat business and I would say he succeeded. The storeroom itself is an old drafty building which doesn't make it very cozy and honestly lowered my expectations, but by the time I walked out of the door I couldn't have cared less about that. It was one of those rare old school retail transactions that you just don't get with today's corporate retail environment.

This time I found a beautiful wine cooler of thick quality. I purchased it to be delivered. Everyone who assisted me was very helpful and nice. The man who delivered my carpet went above and beyond. Very helpful and nice, he even helped me move a few of my heavier pieces of furniture, since he probably noticed I'm just an old lady ;). Offered to help me move more, placed the carpet and took my old carpet away. Thank you!
