We followed exact watering instructions. When I contacted them, they just gave me the run around. The dead tree has now been sitting in front of our house for a year. When I call Underwood and leave a message, they don't return my call. This lack of response and customer service is unacceptable.

We called back and stopped by to ask them to reschedule. We rescheduled our appointment. After the appointment we were told that we would get drawings and an estimate within a week. After 2 weeks went by, there was nothing so I stopped back by there and was told it would take them a little bit longer due to the design. We have not heard back from them yet. This has been since June what we have been trying to get this project started with Summit Landscape. We have been looking for another company to do the work for us and are disappointed that we could not give our business to a local business.

If you are mobility challenged then this may not be the place for you though. The ground is very uneven in the greenhouse and not spacious enough for standard wheelchairs in many of the indoor areas. I didn't find anything I wanted and likely may have earlier in the season. They did had a variety of outdoor plants for those that like gardening. The staff I spoke to was friendly
