He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes, walking through my entire order and making sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by the level of service. Maybe I'm a bit jaded living in LA, but this felt truly above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, personal, and genuinely cares. I also love that this is a family-run business. It makes such a difference, and I much prefer supporting companies like this over big corporations that often lack customer service. It really shows in how they treat their customers. We are so excited for our cabinets to arrive and already look forward to placing more orders as we continue fixing up our new home. They did a seriously hack job on our walls, cutting badly and marking them with permanent markers that I was told they would clean and did not; they stuffed our good furniture in a closet; they said they would pick up their equipment on Sat but didn't come until Monday, so we had to pay for the electrical usage out-of-pocket and they could bill the insurance for two extra days.
