This year my siding cracked ( I have a warranty). I called that company several times and emailed and they said in 1-2 weeks they would be out. Never came out. I sent photos and a description and they gave me a price over email without coming to see the job. I agreed. They said 1-2 weeks. Very next day, I got a call they were going to come fix it.
