I checked out some of the jewelry and the spoon rings alone were $20 each. I looked through a lot of the clothing and most things were $14.99 and above. Most of their clothing wasn't very well curated for the high prices in my opinion. I tried on one top but the worker looked a little burdened to help which made me uncomfortable. Their garage home section was really cool but again, everything was incredibly overpriced. Overall, here are my prices and cons: Pros: 1. Some kind service; well greeted. 2. A lot bigger than you would expect. It goes far back and then loops around as well. Some places to sit for older people interested in checking it out Cons: 1. Overpriced for a consignment store. I work at one in a wealthier area and the items still aren't that expensive. 2. Imbalanced service. Some were kind, some weren't. 3. Size organization was kind of all over the place 4. Clothing isn't well curated. More for older generations. Overall, I definitely won't be back but I wish the best!

He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the products that we were looking for. On the first call, he produced a 3D model, based on what I had selected and designed, emailed it to me immediately and it was exactly what we wanted. On the second call, he advised me on a few other items to complete the list for our project. I placed the order a couple of days later and received my order the next day which was very surprising, because we live in New Jersey and the shipment came from Michigan. We are very pleased with the process and would highly recommend Lily Ann Cabinets especially based on our experience with Richard Westgate.

We planned to take advantage of the 4th of July sales, but unfortunately the line I loved at LAC wasn't included, so I was about to go with another vendor. Then I received a text from Lily after submitting for a quote. I responded explaining the situation, and she immediately said, "no problem, we will price match." At first I honestly thought I might be texting with a bot, but it turned out to be Lily herself, the daughter of the owners. In a bit of a panic about missing the other sale and not having anything locked in, I called and spoke with her brother. He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes, walking through my entire order and making sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by the level of service. Maybe I'm a bit jaded living in LA, but this felt truly above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, personal, and genuinely cares. I also love that this is a family-run business. It makes such a difference, and I much prefer supporting companies like this over big corporations that often lack customer service. It really shows in how they treat their customers. We are so excited for our cabinets to arrive and already look forward to placing more orders as we continue fixing up our new home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for both quality and incredible customer service.

The reason for only four stars was the lack of warmth and enthusiasm from the salesperson. They did not speak/greet or acknowledge us until I took my purchase to the counter. Just a simple hello would have been enough. It was interesting as we went into another store a couple doors down and apparently met the owner of both locations, if he had been in the Crow we probably would have bought more! Such a different experience there! I would definitely recommend stopping in, perhaps the salesperson was having a bad day.
