One for them putting theses knots in there in the first place ,And second ruining my night of play and dress up.These robes were over $170 dollars for all three.But the pain of disecting those knots was ridiculous. My biggest pet peeve is when people (maintenance, plumbers, etc.) put on booties, then go outside to get something and come back in with the same pair, or reuse booties they used at other homes. I was at first worried, but they redid any spots they might have stepped on without me even asking and worked their way out of the house to limit stepping in spots they already did, which tells me they are attentive and actually serious about cleaning!
