He came over promptly, appraised the job in moments, and shared a great variety of samples to choose from. He said "lifetime" and I was sold. Two days later they came. His installers were quiet, polite and deft. In a day and a half, I had new, waterproof and gorgeous floors. There are no bump, or lips on the floor and the finish on the trim work and transitions in excellent. I'm a DIY'er. And I was considering it, but even doing it myself, I couldn't compete. Mack, the owner provided it all. Excellent price. Excellent communication. Excellent timeline. EXCELLENT results. No shenanigans. Best money I've spent on my house? I imagine you understand by now. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. There was a heavy layer of dust throughout the attached bedroom. Personal items--including jewelry, books, the TV, and bedding, etc. --were all covered. No protective coverings were placed on the stairs to the third floor bathroom, and both the contractor and his crew consistently walked through our home with their boots on. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). At the completion of the job the contractor also left two buckets of watery grout in our garage for us to dispose of. This reflects our experience and is offered to help others make an informed decision."*
