There was a heavy layer of dust throughout the attached bedroom. Personal items--including jewelry, books, the TV, and bedding, etc. --were all covered. No protective coverings were placed on the stairs to the third floor bathroom, and both the contractor and his crew consistently walked through our home with their boots on. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). At the completion of the job the contractor also left two buckets of watery grout in our garage for us to dispose of. I had a friend who worked at the Belleville Chamber of Commerce, and she recommended this company when I told her we had a leaky roof that was dripping water into the front coat closet. I am always really happy when any company that does home repairs only charges you for what you really need instead of trying to charge you the most they can. I really feared that we would have to replace the entire roof or at least a large section of it for thousands of dollars. Instead, they came out to our place and repaired a small section of the roof within a couple of hours, and told us that the rest of our roof was actually in really good shape. They apparently do all kinds of remodeling work on homes, and I can't comment on their work in that area. But I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a leaky roof.
