But, I am so happy that we went with a locally owned company and not some other "guys" to install our floors. Not only did they match the price the other guys quoted me, but Dave was able to schedule the installation within a couple of weeks from the day I made the order. Dean did the installation, and he was great! He was on time every day of the project. He consulted with us on how we wanted the floors to look, and he made it happen. He took his time going around difficult corners to make sure it was right. I cannot say enough about Dave and Dean. It was a bit of a challenge to pin Dave down make the order, but once we did, everything went like you would dream a project with a contractor would go. I highly recommend Friend Fine Flooring to anyone with flooring needs. And if you call some guys who specialize in carpet, call Dave right after you talk to them. And ask to have Dean do the install!

We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I had 4 quotes total and these guys had the best price by far and they were rated highly on YELP. So I gave them the order. The workers worked neatly and efficiently. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. So we came up to Michigan to see the installation and are very disappointed The carpet looks ok, but the installer left the hallways a mess with little carpet yarns all over the place. The house is being shown for rent, and it looks terrible for showings with this mess of yarn bits all over. The least the installers could have done is swept up after themselves. I would not use them again. I have since discovered that a local place is cheaper and installation is faster.

My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. They did so I have to get another carpenter out here, and I've had a few carpenters that I talked to, who know this boy and he's a swindler, buys the cheapest material. He can buy says he pays his men $30. An hour when I told him that he forgot that he told me that lie not to be trusted. The countertop it was never fixed. It's not level at all. And instead of putting the clamps to hold the sink in place on the bottom of the sink, they decided they would do a real c***** c*** job around it. And it looks like c*** looks like I did it with my eyes. Closed.

They had a sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman and matching pillows steam cleaned and Scotchguarded by Mr. Springer. He was responsive to messages and even arrived early for the appointment. Dean was kind and patient and did a thorough job of cleaning the furniture. My grandparents were quite impressed and commented on what a nice family man he was. They liked how proudly he spoke of his wife and kids which I thought was adorable. I highly recommend Springer's Complete Carpet and Tile Care, he made 20+ year old furniture with heavy wear look like new again.
