They paid attention to the smallest details, including how the veins on my tile design interacted with each other. They took extra time to find the best solution when my desired fridge didn't fit into my kitchen design. They ended up cutting into the wall to make it work. They even removed the shower concrete all in one piece in order to minimize the noise for my downstairs neighbor. I love my new kitchen and baths.
