These folks arrived at the exact time they had stated, did a quick walk-through and got right to work. Alex stretched carpet in several areas and his wife repaired doorway seams simultaneously. We had thought we might need new carpet but decided to try Alexander's, just to see. WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB!!! Our carpets looked as good as new and we no longer think it needs to be replaced. In addition to great work, these were some of the nicest people we have ever had work on our home. I will not hesitate to use them again! They insisted they could not sand areas of my flooring, so we did it ourselves so that he would finish staining. They put down stain and varnish without filling cracks, they did not sand all areas. Varnish bubbled and had to be refinished multiple times and then they put varnish over paint drips and buffed to a full haze. Refusing to pay until they correct their mistakes results in their placing a lien on your home even when you have paid for all other correctly performed services. Do not trust this owner Dave, as he does not honor his agreements, causes you multiple delays in service and results in dispute. Avoid this business.

I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company.
