He sent us an invoice very soon after he visited our home. His pricing was very reasonable and he was flexible with timing and payment. We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. If/when we need to do anything with the rest of the floors in our home, we will be reaching out to NT Hardwood Floors again.

This was a complicated and labor intensive process that they completed and match beautifully. They then came back at the end of the remodel to sand and refinish the entire flooring area. What I ended up with was a horribly ugly floor that looked as bad or worse than when they began. They left one day after collecting the second of three payments and I never heard from them again, leaving me with an unfinished and ugly mess of a floor. Subsequent concrete companies told me they would never have attempted to polish and stain concrete as damaged as mine was and certainly not a dark color that only emphasizes blemishes. I ended up tiling over their work. losing a great deal of time and money in the process. I'd consider legal action against them if I had the time. I wonder if that's why 1/2 way into the job they asked me if I was a lawyer or if I knew any. Each day one or the other would be late and it was always "I forgot today was my day to pickup my son. ". However, don't necessarily expect them to listen to everything you request. I requested thresholds for the bedrooms. It was in the quote & therefore my contract. It was in the installers instructions. The installers said they would install them on second day. However, they were not installed. When requested thresholds to be delivered to me, stained, so I could install them, the response back I received was no we would rather not, but if you want them at a later date, we will do it. Yes they took the thresholds off the invoice. But that's not the point. If you tell the customer we can do that, but decide you don't want to do that, then why did you tell me in the first place? And if you forgot to do that task, why not make it right and complete the task?

When it came time to lay the floor, the employee showed up on-time and ready to work. He was courteous, professional and very respectful of our home. He was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer our questions. And I love that it was a low-voc finish he used. We didn't get the heavy toxic fumes you usually get with a floor finish. Beautiful.
