I've had vinyl wood planking, carpet, carpet "squares," and now vinyl tile installed. The process from choosing materials, measurements, ordering, installation has been smooth without any unpleasantness. I do think that I'm easy to work with and that may be the reason I have had no issues. I'm very happy with the experiences I've had with this business.

First and foremost: the sales team. These gentlemen were soft spoken, knowledgeable, and humble. It seems they genuinely wanted to see us meet our needs at our budget and nothing beyond what we were asking. They answered any and all questions *I* had, because honestly, I believe a business owner does deserve the benefit of the doubt to explain why someone of these reviews were there, and the claims they were making here and the experience my wife and I had there were completely incongruent with one another. The quality of the furniture was excellent, anything that has imperfections/damage/etc. were clearly marked and appropriately discounted, and they were very straightforward about their willingness to honor their warranties. We've driven by this place a hundred times and eventually stopped in out of curiosity, and were pleasantly surprised by what we found. Please, if you are weary of shopping because of the reviews, at least do them the service of visiting them in person and allow them to earn your trust, and maybe even your business.
