I just got off the phone with these folks......after providing me a quote of $700 to replace carpeting in a 12 x 12 room, I heard the guy say "some people are so stupid you just don't want to deal with them......" I think he was commenting on the fact I didn't know the exact size of the room. However, I asked for an estimate based on 12x12. I asked if he was talking about me and he got really quiet and hung up. Not only unprofessional, also cowardly. read more

I recently purchased a house and wanted to replace all of the carpeted areas with Vinyl flooring. I went to Floor 4 Life and spoke with Cass. Cass spent time educating me on and showing me samples of Laminate vs Vinyl flooring and what a wear layer meant. He gave me a great price on the flooring for 5 rooms, entrance way, hallway and closets. I had gone to many places in search of flooring, but he exhibited great customer service, was personable and ensure I understood what I was doing and getting for the price. We couldn't be happier with the installation of our bamboo flooring. Floor 4 life did an excellent job with our family room, living room, dining room and den flooring. The day for install could have not gone worse, but they stood by their word and did everything to be sure I was happy with the purchase and install.
