He sent us an invoice very soon after he visited our home. His pricing was very reasonable and he was flexible with timing and payment. We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. If/when we need to do anything with the rest of the floors in our home, we will be reaching out to NT Hardwood Floors again.

We shopped around to several places "just to keep them honest" before we settled on carpet for our house. Dave made us feel welcome and pulled several samples for us to examine and take home to see how they would work. He even had some more samples shipped to our house. The installation was great. Terry, the Installer, came in the morning on the appointed date, helped us move some furniture and got to work. He installed 3 Bedrooms, 5 closets, the Living Room and the hallway by himself in only 2 days. His attention to detail was awesome. You'd be hard pressed to find any of the seams he had to make. All in all, they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. The main thing is they were honest and fair. I will recommend Main Floor Covering to anybody that asks me where to get a great deal and quality installation on carpeting for their house.

We have purchased most of our carpet here over the last 20 years. (I think my parents have too,…read moretheir whole lives). This place is family owned and operated for generations, so customer service is outstanding. The quality of the carpet and the broad selection at Riemer is second to none. We have tried shopping at Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, empire, etc. and the quality and selection (and value for the money) is just not there. Ps karistan is the best brand of carpet, in my opinion. It's beautiful, it's soft and it holds up well with regular cleaning (modernistic). We had an off-white carpet for 17 years with children and pets and other than a few spots, it's still pretty amazing. lastly: great value for the money. They have good sales. A tip: consider going for a mid grade carpet in the highest grade padding! Unless all you care about is truly lowest price, you will be very very happy with Riemer floors.

The nightmare begins, during COVID time frame carpet laid turned out to be from different color lots, manufacturers agreed to replacement. The second carpet was laid with a "shear" defect, that is a grove cit into the middle of carpet that looks like a one inch racing stripe. I asked how can this happen, didn't anybody at Reimer look at the carpet rolls prior to installation ? I guess not. Reimer offered a "settlement" which I foolishly accepted because being near 70 years old, I couldn't move all the furniture on the second floor for the third time. The problems soon started with the second carpet, ripples started to appear. it seems going forward , Riemer was going to charge to come out and look at ($75) the ripples and than charge for the repair. They have been out at least three times for ripples and over $500 dollars to take care of this issue. It seems to be a great profit stream because it was poor installation from I read on Google. just to add to this, areas that they had to de ripple, seem to be holding. but now the ripples are going to new areas . I feel like ripping out the mess and starting over with another merchant, I can't believe it's worth the money to have a endless cycle of restretching. Truely don't know what to do.

We followed up with Fairway to see if they could do anything but were ignored and from our previous experience with them, it honestly doesn't seem worth the persistent follow up.
