This business is a fraud. Do not trust them. If you have an insurance claim do not pay them up front. Also they lied when they said they would waive our deductible. Not only did they make us wait over 9 months but they never completed the job and on top of that they said that we owed them but once you give them payments insurance won't help you. Even the mold that they claimed went away did not go away. This is how they left our kitchen and on top of that when they put our sink on it fell. I have pictures to prove plus they got paid for our flooring which not only did they not install but they did not buy the flooring either. They even told us they were going to give us a refund and switched it and said we owed them 3,000. Also they left staples on our wall and they damaged our backsplash. Also they put a cabinet on top of a floor vent that needed to have a drop vent. Also they shorted us 2 cabinets. Plus much more and on top of everything they treat you like your nobody. Lawsuit coming. I have pictures for proof. They walked away from the job and on top of that the one owner tried to intimidate and basically threaten my husband and told him to stop calling the office to ask when are they going to start working. a friendly PSA not to let these clowns displace your family for asbestos abatement. This is long but I wish I would've known. For starters, we left our home to begin the process and my neighbors said they did not see any work trucks or employees at our home for over a week. Which, sure I'll give them the benefit of the doubt- permits and whatnot- but why wasn't that handled before we even left our home? They will not treat your home or property with respect in your absence, will not communicate with you to effectively coordinate your extended stay (you will probably have to get your insurance agent to three-way call them for some accountability), and then when you finally actually do move back home (with permission) after being forced to relocate TWICE due to their lack of communication and organization, you will come home to your linens/belongings in black trash bags from floor to ceiling in your dining room. The furniture will be completely disassembled. Your home will look like it has been ransacked. Trash and dust will be everywhere along with mud and whatever else the employees track in. (Yes they offered to clean the entire house after I showed him pictures, BUT THE WHOLE POINT OF US BEING OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR 6 WEEKS IN THE FIRST PLACE WAS FOR THEM TO CLEAN IT TOP TO BOTTOM (two weeks of which were an extension! Cleaning is why they supposedly needed to remove all of our belongings and linens FFS). Here's the kicker- they'll "forget" to have the air ducts cleaned until you question them on the condition of your house. Please, make it make sense- uncleaned air ducts upon move in...even though we supposedly needed to be displaced to have our home cleaned because of the asbestos dust everywhere...because a plumber drilled into the basement...where the furnace is...which distributes the (supposedly) contaminated air throughout the house. I don't get it. I don't understand why our insurance had to dish out money to place us in an airbnb then a hotel (with our young child and puppy) if they weren't going to do what seems like the most basic aspects of asbestos abatement but hey I'm not a pro. I'm also not dumb. After that they'll ghost you while trying to figure out where they threw your fiber ethernet cord and child's furniture. Bonus points for not ensuring our linens were sent out to be cleaned until the day we were supposed to move home, so we had to purchase new ones until we finally got everything back almost one month later. The women I interacted with on the phone were friendly and as helpful as they could be, but Adam (our point of contact for the project) seems to be generally incompetent. I would never treat someone's belongings or home in the manner this company did. It's hilarious (and pathetic) this dude has the nerve to drive around in a truck with "cleaning and restoration" next to his name while leaving peoples' homes in worse condition than when they left. I'd be happy to update with pictures, perhaps I will, but for now I'm not wasting anymore energy on this bozo. read more

Should have done this the day that we called they were here within 20 minutes. A plumbing contractor arrived and replaced the sump pump. Next Adams Evaluated the damage and another truck and crew arrived with all the air Movers. read more

Had a house fire in April. Took their good time doing midigation. Walked off the job 4 1/2 months later and collected $67,000 from my insurance company. As of this day we have a company that is working as fast and hard to finish our home. Due to labor and material shortage, it's middle November and hopefully to be in our home by January. Have great contractor that is working with us and doing his very best to get things the way we want. I wouldn't hire adams or refer them to another person or company. I hope that they read this. I'm hoping that no other insurance company will hire them. Horrible company!!!!! read more

First phase was great. Came right out. Did great job! Second phase, painting and replacement of some insulation, was not the same. When they finally got around to the painting (after about two months) painter shows up two hours past window. They had number and photo of can of paint 5hat was used on my wall, yet he did not have the paint when he arrived. While I was waiting for painter to show, the man replacing insulation showed up at my door completely unannounced! I had heard a comment more than once implying someone would be out "next week. I feel I received very poor service for the second phase of my claim. Why I do not know. read more

I received a carpet cleaning service for most of the house and it was competitively priced. Steven (who did the cleaning) called 20 minutes before arriving and was earlier than expected (which didn't bother me). He was very polite saying, "yes ma'am", etc and explained what he was going to do in what order. Steven worked quickly, protected the corners of all of the walls from the hose and cleaned up all areas of tile that may have gotten drops of water from the work he did. I highly recommend this company. read more

This company has been beyond awesome. I found them on google. I am doing an in home renovation including changing over 1200 sf of ceramic tile. The demolition will be very messy. I hired Adams to cover all walls and areas that might be affected by the tile demolition. I have a modern architectural home with large walls and very high ceilings. Adam's calculated that over 5000 square feet of wall might be affected. I hired them to protect these walls as they were newly painted 3 years ago before we decided to change the floor. They have done a superb job. I have total confidence that no part of any of my walls, carpet, light fixtures, sofas etc will be affected by tile dust. It will be pristine when the job is finished. I called Adams Complete Cleaning & Restoration on 08/06/2021 to conduct an estimate of how bad the mold is in my crawl space, utility room, and family room. They sent a technician out the same day to take pictures of my home. I never received any phone calls back in regards to the photos taken of my home. I waited 3 weeks for a response. I called again on 08/18/2021, I was then informed that they will not give me my estimate despite not informing me of any prices. I needed this information to give to my lawyers from a negligent job a plumber did, Adams Complete Cleaning has made the situation worse with the companies lack of information. Customer service is terrible I received a disrespectful and non professional response of " estimates are not free" when I simply asked about the status of my estimate. I would not recommend service from this business. They are not professional at all. read more

I am a former carpet cleaner and upholstery cleaner with ten years of professional experience who until recently always did my own cleaning. Well, age is catching up to me so I finally decided to let someone else do the work. I am not disappointed. 2 experiences - one good, one bad. They did my mom's water damage claim (broken toilet) and were very good. I tried to have them do my house's water damage and could not get a return phone call from John - 3 calls to him through the office over a 2 wk period. Ended up calling Jarvis instead.
