Pristine clean... Just as the business name states! I really shouldn't waited so long to clean my carpets. That's my fault. But they did such a great job you would never have guessed it's been five year since my last cleaning. Great value and reliable. Added bonus: It helped my allergies greatly. Who would have thought doing a deep clean of the carpets would help with that? HaHa. read more

Mark was professional from the start. Showed up on time and answered all questions about drying time, household products, etc. Gave a dollar estimate then recalculated the square footage to be lower than original estimate & gave us a lower price. Will definitely use his services again. read more

Pristine Clean and Restoration - Our upstairs rug, 1 of 3 items cleaned. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Auburn Hills, Michigan

Mark did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. We hired Mark to clean our carpet after a long home remodel project was complete. Arrived at the schedule time, pricing was competitive and most importantly job was done correctly. read more

I have been a long time customer of Pristine Clean. This is not the same company as years past. Mark is no longer the owner. He was great and did great work. This company has new owners and are rude and do not do the thorough deep cleaning Mark did. They barely do more than the in and out steam cleaner companies. They are just riding on his years of building a great service Use at your own risk read more

Awesome service, friendly and everything they've cleaned has always been spotless. Definitely recommend

We use Mark for all of our rentals, he has saved the day many times getting our service scheduled on very short notice in between tenant move in/outs He is very thorough, responsive and the technology he uses to schedule, Bill and pay for services is very convenient. Our only go-to carpet cleaning person is Mark! read more

I called Pristine Clean because they had terrific reviews. Their employee Ryan showed up right on time. He was very respectful and knowledgeable! He did a fabulous job on my carpet, it looks brand new! Also removed a pet stain that I had tried to remove with no luck. I would definitely call Pristine Clean again for my carpet cleaning! read more

Fantastic job, with great attention to detail. Mark also took great care in making sure all of our possessions and furniture were handled with extreme care. I would rate Pristine at ten stars if I could. Very professional and reasonably priced. read more

Real professional! Never use anyone else again ! Mark alway take his time and does the most thorough job. I was relieved to finally find a company that doesn't try to cut corners, and takes pride in the work that he does! And honest quote and fair price! read more

I'll admit it probably had been too long between rug cleanings but Mark at Pristine Clean went above and beyond to get the dining room rug cleaned. All aspects of Pristine's service were great - clear communication throughout including a heads up about arrival time with a photo, accurate estimate and very careful work with excellent results. No many businesses get all 5 star reviews (which is why I selected Pristine in the first place) but he has earned them. read more

He is fantastic and thorough. It's not cheap but he literally makes your carpets look new. We had one spot that came back after he left and we called him. He came over within the hour to work on the spot again and make it perfect. You will not regret paying extra money for his outstanding service and attention to detail! read more

Mark is the best person to get the job done hands down. I own a restaurant with a ton of foot traffic rendering a significant amount of wear and tear on the carpet. After every other month or so it looks like a dumptruck was doing doughnuts on it. Then one call to Mark fixes it all. We have been enjoying his services for the past 4 years and not once was he late, not once was he not perfect, and not once did he ever exceed our expectations. We even had Mark do a deep-clean of our hard floor surfaces in the storage area and let me tell you it was something made out of nightmares. He was there for about 8 hours straight and the place looked amazing. The staff was floored. Bottom line is, if you are looking to getting your stuff looking like immaculate, look no further. Mark from Pristine Clean is your man. read more

I had booked Pristine Clean after consulting Yelp, and just wanted to come full circle to confirm that the service was as good as expected. Over the phone Mark quoted about $200 to clean the carpet in our second story master suite. Upon arrival he measured the space (excluding the space under King bed as I told him we would never move it) and said that cleaning the space would be his minimum charge of $150. He was very professional and conscientious during his time in our home, asking if we had any pets (the front door had to be ajar during the cleaning for the tubes coming in from his truck) and covering and uncovering his shoes each time he entered or left the house. I look forward to using his services in the future to clean the upholstery on our couches. read more

Needed a couch and rug deep cleaned after airbnbers left stains on both. Called Mark in the morning, he was over in 45 minutes, worked for 3 hours and I'm everything went very smooth. Couches and rug turned out great and was extremely pleased with his customer service and attentiveness. Strongly recommend Mark for all of his services. read more

Have used Pristine Clean a couple of times now, and highly recommend them. Very professional, conscientious, and takes the time to explain the process and set expectations. We had 3 area rugs seamed and bound together to form one large area rug. The rugs were very light in color, and 2 were used and 1 was brand new. Once stitched together it was obvious that they did not seamlessly blend in together as one rug due to the wear and dirt patterns in the used rugs. Mark went to work cleaning the entire area rug, and it made a huge difference. It now looks like one cohesive rug. Great service, quality work, and fair pricing. read more

We called Mark for a last minute appointment right before showing our house. He did a great job on the carpet and removed EVERY stain. We sold the house in one day for more than we were asking. Thanks Mark! read more

Mark did an amazing job, very professional and detail oriented took his time and stayed about 3 hours which is above and beyond what any other company would do! And his equipment is top of the line, My carpet looks great, feels so clean, I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend or use Mark and Pristine Clean for my future needs! Thanks again Mark, I could not be any happier. read more

Five star service. I called in a rush job and the service was done same day, better than I even expected. Stains came out and Mark offered to come back and spot clean if it was ever needed. I appreciated how nicely he treated the house - slippers and pre-treatment vacuuming and all. He was independent and managed the whole job without needing anything from me. Would highly recommend to friends. read more

Pristine- Mark Newvine - total professional! Responsive. Timely. Great results, as quick as possible without compromising quality of service and produce. Totally fair price. Worth every penny to me! I'll be a repeat customer as long as I am within his range of service! read more

Called Pristine Clean after another cleaning service failed to show up after promising to be there on time and ready to work. I explained my problem, and begged them to come as soon as they could. Mark was over the next morning and did a marvelous job on the carpet removing stains I thought would never come out. I know why Pristine gets 5 stars. They're just that good. See you in 6 months, Mark! read more

I have two large dogs who unfortunately got sick after too many Thanksgiving day turkey scraps from the table (just a guess) and left me many surprises when I came home. Called Pristine Clean and spoke to Mark around 3:30 and it's 5:30 now and my carpet is clean after Mark agreed to come out!! He also cleaned other spaces to help me get my money's worth. Professional and kind! Would definitely recommend!! Carpet is stain and odor free! read more

If you are shopping around to find a reliable, thorough, quality service in the area to clean your carpets, then do yourself a favor and call Pristine Clean. After using some of the "bigger and national names" in the area, I felt fortunate to find Pristine - who came through and did 10X as good a job as the others. They are scientific in their approach to work, take their time, and the workmanship is incredible. You certainly get more than your money's worth. They are very careful workers who respect your home and belongings. I will certainly continue to use and recommend Pristine in the future. read more

I was so impressed with the Pristine Clean company. I contacted Mark (the owner). From the initial conversation to the completion of the work Mark was incredibly accommodating and professional. I called him last minute to schedule cleaning the carpeting and grout in a apartment my son was about to move into. He made sure to schedule the service before furniture was to be moved in. He is also very tech savvy and kept us informed by immediately sending us the price and details through text messages as well as exact time of his arrival. He is a very a pleasant person to do business with. I look forward to referring family and friends to Mark. read more

My 2nd time using this company and I won't use anyone else. My house smelled so fresh when he was done. They worked around my kids/dog and got all the stains and dog hair out of my carpet. Wonderful service! He was on time and making an appointment was easy. Great company! read more

Really great job on the house carpet cleaning. This was a rental property going on the market and I wasn't present at the home, but they showed up before me and started on the job without having to closely monitor them. You can trust them with your carpet cleaning job! Competitive pricing, very professional. read more

Mark is the best. Had him out for twice for cleanings and he is very knowledgable about the best product to use for the issue. He has removed smells from a carpet I thought I was going to have to remove due so someone puking on the carpet. He came out same day for me and did a very professional job. He was nice and explained how the bio modifier works for the smell and how long it will take to eat up the smell. And he was right! I won't ever use anyone else. His prices seem very reasonable for a cleaning. The service and expertise you get does not compare! He is not some college kid that comes out with a steamer truck. He is an expert and professional in this field and it shows. He takes extra care to fully prep the space and protect your walls and furniture. He also takes the time to educate you on the process. read more

The man brought his own RUG to our house so as to not mess up our entry way rug. He has two pairs of shoes; one for outside and one for inside to keep our place clean. After having other places track mud through our house leaving their booties in the van, Pristine Clean was a breath of fresh air. He brought his own furniture movers. He brought his own water. He will not rest until you are satisfied, as evidenced by our milk spill issue that refused to relent. He is very child- and pet- friendly and has a selection of cleansers that are safer for your family. Look no further for a place you can trust! read more

I live in downtown Detroit, when I called Mark and asked if they come this far he asked me if there were any abandoned houses near me. I was very insulted with that, every area of Detroit does not have abandoned houses and he obliviously has not visited downtown Detroit lately. I hired a different company. Pat M. read more

Mark is the owner and he really knows his business. He did an excellent job. I love to see someone take pride in doing things well and making certain that I was happy with everything. He told me to call him back if anything looked off when things dried and he would come back out. Very neat worker and even left me booties in case I needed to walk on the carpet before it dried. Super nice guy, fair pricing, and just did a great job. I highly recommend this company. read more

I have been using Pristine Clean for probably 5 years and I am more impressed each time I have my carpets cleaned. Owner and cleaner extraordinaire Mark Newvine impresses me year after year with the thorough job he does, right down to remembering the layout of our furniture and the "trouble spots" we have had over the years. When there are stains or spots for him to tackle, he asks a lot of questions so as to determine the particulars then suits the methods he uses to that particular stain. Once we had a particularly tough stain and he came back three additional times (at no charge) trying different techniques until the stain was gone. His prices are very fair and he frequently offers "off-season" discounts (25% off in February!) and you always get quality work - Mark is the owner and only employee so you always get him. He often suggests services he offers that might improve the look and last of your carpet (Scotch guarding etc.) but is never pushy. He is friendly (makes small talk with my kids) and considerate (makes sure pets are secured before opening the door) and always prompt (if not early.) His cleaning services even include a bottle of the spot remover he recommends you use as well as a pair of "booties" you can give your next service person (cable guy, repairman, etc) to help keep your carpet clean. I would highly recommend Pristine Clean to anyone. read more

I had a great experience with this company. Mark is very attentive and returned my call right away. He gave a straight forward, no sales recommendation for treating the pet stains in my carpet. His guys showed up right on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. read more

We were extremely pleased with the work Mark did on our carpet. He came over the same day that we called and he quoted us a price that seemed high at the time (we saw ads for carpet cleaning as low as $89 for two rooms) but as we found out, it was well worth every penny. We were concerned that it wouldn't be any better than a discount carpet cleaner but we were surprised at the difference. He showed up a little early after calling us to confirm that it was OK and spent about 5 hours preparing the rooms, cleaning the carpet and then replacing all the furniture. I can't say enough about how thorough and meticulous he was. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. read more

I have tried many carpet cleaning companies over the years and hands down Pristine is awesome. Mark did an amazing job today, treating spots left by our loving dogs. He was meticulous and took his time. The carpet looks fantastic! Well worth the money!! Definitely will only use Pristine in the future. read more

Excellent service!! I used different companies in the past and having dogs... Some of the stains were hard to get out of carpets. Usually after a cleaning it looked good until the carpets dried and all the stains always came up! ... Until I found Pristine Clean. A woman came out and was very thorough in every room, took the time to clean the carpets. It smelled fresh and most of all...the pet stains were gone!! Stayed gone even after the carpets dried ... Will never use another carpet cleaning company !! I was very pleased and satisfied with the cleaning and highly recommend. read more

Mark showed up promptly at 8 am, and was done by 10:30 am. I honestly did not think he'd be able to clean the carpet as it was in pretty rough shape but he made it completely unrecognizable; it almost looked new by the time he was done. Mark was professional and so friendly. He gave us tips on how to maintain the wood floor at our new house and he gave us spot cleaner for the carpet free of charge. I would 100% use his services again. Thanks Mark! read more

Mark was very thorough and did a careful and complete job on the very messed up carpets in my new house. I was thrilled when I saw the finished job. I'm not used to such a high level of detail work with a carpet cleaner, so this was impressive. I'll definitely use Pristine again. read more

Pristine Clean cleaned our carpet and two chairs this week, and we couldn't be more pleased! They came on time, and did a fantastic job. We have carpet on stairs to our lower level that two other carpet cleaners said couldn't be cleaned. Pristine made the carpet look like new! I highly recommend Pristine! read more

We have used Pristine Clean twice and he blows away the National companies - hands down. His pricing is competitive, but his service is top notch! He is the owner and personally comes to the house for a free estimate - no add on charges. Wait - there's more. Both times we've used him - he has come back to work on problem spots. The first time, he stopped by when he knew we were moving in - and recleaned the stairs where movers kept their shoes on and the carpet got dirty. And, this time - he came back to work on a tough stain (red candy) on our wool carpets. Who knew - how hard it was to get red dye out of wool. Well, Mark did and he came back and it came out. But wait - there's more - both times, there was no additional charge for the second visit. I've never been so impressed with this type of in home service. I absolutely encourage anyone to call him - you will be so happy you went with him over anyone else. He is full of knowledge on types of carpets - and uses differnet products for pet stains, etc. I trust him completely in my house - and he put up wall guards to protect the corners of the house where his vaccum is. So completely happy with Pristine Clean! read more
