Centurion came out to clean two cotton velvet sofas in June 2024. They had been cleaned numerous times by Hagopian with no problems but Hagopian has gotten very expensive. Now, the sofas still have deep brush marks in the velvet and we can't get them out. We complained to Centurion in June and they sent the SAME guy out again. He was furious that we had complained! He went over the sofas lightly and told us that we could steam them. I don't have the equipment to steam them so thanks for nothing, Centurion! Definitely would NOT recommend this company! read more

I called and spoke to Stephanie who set me up with an appointment for the next day. I received a phone call from the technician 1/2 hour before his arrival. The technicians, Ray and Justin, were extremely polite and professional. Following COVID guidelines, they were both masked and gloved. They completed the job of cleaning my living room and hallway carpet in a timely manor. My husband and I were very happy with the outcome and their service. This company is a rip off. They tell you one price on the phone and then add all sorts of other fees once they get there. No one I have used before does that. I kicked them out before they started after they told me how much they wanted, which was not the price quoted on the phone. They try to add on fuel charges as well. No one does that. read more

This was a very good company to call. After a spaghetti explosion on the stove emergency they were able come out the next day. My white dhurrie full dining room carpet was stained with sauce. Ken recommended taking it into the shop as treating in house on top of my wood floor wouldn't have been good for the floor due to thinness of the rug. I appreciated his knowledge and advice. He also brought back to their shop two smaller rugs. The prices were fair and the rugs came out great. This is a hard working group and they do their very best to please the customer. They also steam cleaned the one room with wall to wall carpet, a couch and chair. Ken was very thorough and careful and again the results were excellent. I've used Centurion many times over the last 15 years...and the times I haven't, I've regretted it. This past weekend, Jason did a great job on our carpet. I told him we were having company the next day and hoped it would be dry by then. He took extra care to pull out as much moisture as possible. The Centurion staff are always honest, hard working, and prompt. The carpet is old (we inherited it when we bought the house a few months ago), but he made it look clean and beautiful, in spite of our two golden retrievers. Thanks, Centurion! Can't believe a company would try to take advantage during the state of emergency that happened 8/12/14 in Warren. They wanted $737 to clean/disinfect the basement carpet. The area is about 400 sq. ft. Then when I told them no way, they tried to charge me a service charge of $127 for coming out to the house. Way to be there for the community in our time of need. I will never use this company! They are at two doors down cleaning my neighbors carpet. It is 8:30 am! Their truck is soooo loud! At times it sounds like a siren or ringing you can't stop. It's woke up every one in my house. I suffer from migraines and this is not helping any. I'm sure our house isn't the only one upset by how loud this truck is. read more
