Now we are told they don't know when or where they can get the missing box. In the meantime our tile man is working on the same project with another tile that is being paired up with. I went inside and met Brandon he showed me their granite selection, they had fewer choices but they had a sample that looked almost identical to the one we wanted. Brandon said I would be happily surprised by their quote. I sent them our dimensions and boy was he right. They offered a much more affordable price. Needless to say we placed our order, the gentleman came out and measured the space. Within days they were giving us an installation date. Ryan and Austin called and were here within half an hour. They brought in the granite, drilled a couple holes for faucet and garbage disposal button and installed each countertop. We needed a couple pieces throughout our kitchen, they did a great job making sure the process went smoothly and without making a mess. They made everything was cleaned and installed properly. When confronted with the issue, they sent out an apoplectic company representative to my house who complained many times about having to drive to our house to look at the countertops. Her biggest concern was the drive and time spent, not the fact that we spent $17,000 on white with blue countertops and received cream with brown countertops. After four weeks of refusing to address our issue, they have stopped communicating and have offered nothing. Nothing. No response. My research has indicated that countertop fabricators do not like using Ciot because they are known for not resolving mistakes.

We had cracked grout and floating tiles within a year, and we hired Ed to redo the floor of the powder room. We had difficulty obtaining unbroken tile in the correct dye lot, forcing us to reschedule numerous times. Ed was extremely responsive to our situation, and managed to get the work done quickly and beautifully. It was a real challenge, given the state of the floor, working around the cabinet, and a shortage of tile. I have literally never had a contractor respond so quickly to calls and texts, they showed up when they said they would, and even gave us a discount for using cash.
