Very happy with the service I received from Blue Diamond. I called a few days before the weekend…read moreand asked if they could get me in on a Saturday; they said sure, no problem. They told me they would call me the day before my cleaning to give me a time window. The day before my scheduled cleaning, as promised, they called to give me a 2-hour time window. On the day of the cleaning, they showed up during the 2-hour time window they gave me. The employees were really friendly and nice. They did what they could with the atrocious carpet they were cleaning (badly stained from years of dog urine, some large stains did not come out) and were quick and courteous. They pre-sprayed the carpet before cleaning and applied a deodorizer to help counteract the urine smell. The house smelled soooo much better afterward! Payment was quick and easy, as they accept credit cards, and I was able to leave a tip for the employees on my card. My only complaint was that they did not move large furniture (sofas) and clean underneath them. To be fair, I can't remember when I scheduled my cleaning if I asked if they moved the furniture or not. The price was VERY reasonable and given how considerate and friendly the employees were, I would definitely use Blue Diamond again!

When they showed up, 3 1/2 hours late, the technician changed the price from 59.99 to 90 dollars. When I refused to pay this updated price, he used unprofessional language. I called the company back and the "office manager" was not empathetic nor apologetic. Shortly afterwards, a "field manager" called saying that his guy was still nearby and wanted to do the job. He again changed the price, saying he was lowering it to 79.99. I refrained from his offer. He said, "Okay, you want me to do it for 59.99, I can not guarantee you your couch will be clean." I said no thank you. He got loud over the phone and said, "So you want your couch clean, but don't want to pay the price. It's only 10 dollars more." I said, "10 dollars plus the loss of an entire morning. No thank you!" I was dismayed by the lack of professionalism shown by this company. Stay away!!!

After cleaning five couches, a large dining room rug, and a carpeted stairwell, they didn't just leave, they left tarps and blowers behind to actually dry the things that they cleaned. That has never happened with other companies we've used. Scotty came back a while later to pick everything up and left the house looking and smelling great. I would highly recommend their service!
