Cort was easily able to change my time window due to a conflict we had. Our new window was 12-3 and he arrived at 12 with a 15 minute call ahead of time to say he was on his way. My carpeting looks amazing ! We have some carpeting that is 1 year old and some that is original (12 years old) and both look great. Nice attention to detail, courteous, polite, and professional. I love this company. They cleaned my carpets today for the second time and did an amazing job...They are friendly and cheap too!! It's only been a few hours and the carpets are almost dry.
