After we both had spoken with them, I decided to hire them...partly because they were availble to come the next day...which was much appreciated. Although there were was initially a misunderstanding about the pricing for a large room, we worked through it. And even though we had a disconnect regarding the cleaning of another area, we also worked through that as well. That all said, once the job was completed I was MORE than happy with the quality & quantity of cleaning, as well as the items that needed to be moved to accomodate for cleaning in hard-to-reach places. I most certainly recommend the team from Ever Ready...you will be happy! Randy R.

I am glad that he left us a business card (also with a few gifts in a small bag) so we can refer him to all our friends and family!!! I wanted to give a local company the opportunity, the scheduler was great and the owner came out to…read moredo the carpet. He was pleasant and did the job in a timely manner. I was so happy to have it done I gave him a $40 tip. Unfortunately, 2 days after it was done my carpet smelled like wet laundry, I had to call another company out to re do the carpet to get the smell out. They told me that the carpet was left too wet, I called Cort and he told me it could be my pet, and that the smells came to the surface, why wasn't that addressed the first time? I feel that the water was either dirty from a previous job and no cleaning products maybe weren't used. I called and expressed my disappointment and he said "sorry, I'll refund your money" When he came to refund our money he stood at the front door and handed the envelope with cash in it and told my husband to count it. Really? Wasn't professional no apology and rude, I wouldn't recommend them at all.
