Out of curiosity several days later I took to an high traffic area on hand and knees with resolve carpet stain and spot remover and was able to remove the dirt. After the FIRST install we had had a massive showing seam in the entry way of our bedroom. (* Totally related to installation) it was not fixed and be eventually our entire room had to be replaced because of " carpet delamination" -which they did replace... In the most atrocious hack job which was not only my opinion but other professional installers opinions when they came to see the job. I ended up taking many pictures and the one that's always the most comical it's a fact that they actually stapled the carpet all the way along the walls of the room which is totally absurd. They left a HUGE SEAM DOWN THE MIDDLE OF OUR ROOM and I called immediately to have this fixed.. And we cancelled the company remaining jobs to do our whole house..... ..... FIVE MONTHS LATER ARE STILL TRYING TO GET OUR 500.00 BACK AND BE A PROPER INSTALL of carpet.
