Yesterday I brought up furniture from the basement and put it in the living room. It was a whole living room suite so Ben and Bill cleaned a sofa and two chairs. One chair was very dirty on the right arm and by the electronic controls. They look like brand new chairs now. Since Ben and Bill had a little time before their next appointment, I asked whether or not they could do two bedrooms and hallway. They did an excellent job on the floors too. I will use their services in the future and highly Burg's Custom Cleaning and the Ben and Bill crew. Something I noticed right away is that they put tall corner guards around the doorways and drywall corners to protect my home from the hose being moved throughout the house. That detail was greatly appreciated. Ben and Bill were very polite, very nice, very informative and there were no pricing surprises because they kept me informed. I would recommend Burg's Custom Cleaing to absolutely anybody and everybody. Even the lady who scheduled the appointment for me, was incredibly kind too. They texted an appointment reminder which I appreciated. I have a steam cleaner and I've been steam cleaning my carpets for years and years, but this was so much easier that I'm gonna to keep this in mind. I will be a repeat customer. This is the second time I used their services. I recommend that you save your back and time and stop searching for steam extraction services. Call Burg's Custom Cleaning at (586) 739-3013. You will be so happy with their services and their people that I am certain you will give them a great Yelp review too. I am recommending them to my family, friends and neighbors and will even pass their contact information on to the HOA's management compagonna use them again to do carpets down the road and I will definitely use them for Furniture if I have any other furniture that needs cleaning so save your back save your time. It doesn't cost that much. Just have them come out and do your carpet and trust me. You're will be happy you did. read more

Very happy with the service we received with Burg carpet cleaning and would use them again.

I've used this company many items for carpet cleaning. They give you $10 to use on your next visit, they quote you a fair price, and they get the job done in a quick manner. I'm always very happy with their work. Thank you! read more

We have had Burg's for carpet cleaning grout cleaning and window cleaning. All services were exceptional.

i recently moved from Flushing to Sterling Heights, and I have all brand new thick carpeting throughout my house. I needed a first cleaning to get up,the dirt from 2 dogs and 2 cats, and just to freshen up the entire house. I was so pleased with Logan and Andrew who came to clean my house just one day after setting up an appointment!. The men were able to come earlier than their time slot, and they worked very hard to clean all my carpeting! my carpets look so awesome, just like the first day they were installed and the work was fast and very professional. I will be using Burgs Custom Cleaning from now on. Their prices are lower than I was used to having to pay in my other house, and they give a 10% discount to us seniors!! even my white carpeting in my master bedroom is all pure white again, and the other rooms were so clean and shiny. Thank you fellows for the really thoughtful surprise you gave me of cleaning even my large carpet remnants I had down in my garage!! I was so pleased at their kindness. I was referred to Burg's by my friends who own Sparkle Blinds, so I figured they would do a pretty good job. I have to say that my expectations were blown away. Cathy was so friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. When Lori called with my reminder she helpfully let me know my voicemail message was out of date! These are the little things a small business does so well. Come the service date, the technicians were right on time, they listened to me about all the problem areas and had solutions for everything. They protected our walls from the equipment with corner guards and wiped up were conscientious about any water drips, few that there were! I was most amazed by the basement. I wish I had before pictures, but unfortunately I didn't take any. Take my word for it , there were many pet stains and they basically performed miracles and made it look brand new. I will be having Burg's back out for tile and grout cleaning in a couple months and without a doubt, I will only be using Burg's for future carpet cleaning. read more

I wish I would've known sooner that this was an option. Pay someone to come out and turn your bathroom into new. Reasonable price, outstanding results. I was almost convinced I needed an expensive stain treatment to have it look good again. I'm so glad I took the chance of just having them cleaned. Great service and nice guys. read more

From scheduling to cleaning - they make it all easy. Such a friendly and professional group. So good at their jobs! Bravo Burg's!!! read more

I was reluctant to use a cleaning service for an ultra-suede sofa and a mid century velvet chair but Logan and Vince came out and spent at least 2.5 hours making every inch of the upholstery super clean. And they were extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their service again! Plus, the two gentlemen were quite courteous and accommodating since I added the chair to my original order after seeing what a great job they were doing on the 14 ft. sectional sofa! Excellent! read more

This company just came by (at 8:00 pm) to clean the carpets of a facility that is our backyard neighbor. The air compressor is so loud we couldn't hear the TV in our living room or even have a conversation. Easily over 90 dB in our back yard. read more

Jason and his side kick-- sorry, didn't get his name were here today to Clean our carpet which was in dire need! they were here on time and did a fantastic job. I will never have anyone else in the future. I am very, very happy. Thank you for an excellent job! Five stars. read more

I contacted Burgs after reaching out on social media for carpet cleaning referrals. Burgs was recommended 11/12 responses. I received a quote of $133.50 for a first floor office, dining room and bedroom. My dog who is generally trust worthy, decided to pee in a couple of areas. Burgs used a special pet chemical for cleaning and while it was a strong smell at first- the carpets came out beautiful. I was afraid there would be an upsell once they were here and saw how big the rooms were but the price was set and adhered to. Bill was kind, thoughtful, professional and courteous. I received a call that they were running ahead Of schedule and they able to come earlier. Very much appreciated. Will definitely use them again in the future!!! I also received a quote for grout cleaning and may schedule that service soon. Well satisfied, highly recommended. read more

Top Notch! We have gotten our carpets cleaned by another company every year for the last few years we moved into our home. They did a 2300 sq. foot job in 15 minutes leaving me feel like they didn't even clean the carpet.... I called Burgs after a couple of referrals, and WOW I'm so glad that I did. The techs were extremely friendly, very thorough job cleaning my carpet, engaged in small talk (we were happy to converse) and left our house smelling great and I could see a different right away! Will continue to use them! read more

Terrible! After experiencing a flood earlier in the week, my landlord called this company to clean up the basement. They did their job, which is why they get the one star, but completely lacked in all other categories. After they finished cleaning, they just left. I saw someone walk out of my house, and that's it. No bye. No we're all done here. No after care instructions, if there were any (idk!). They didn't even close my door and I remember falling asleep on my couch at one point. Thank goodness I woke up before they LEFT! And it's not like I was in another room with the door closed. I was one room away and could see them, just like they could see me. But still... NOTHING! That's how you all do business? I literally had to call and ask if they were done because I literally did not know. I would not recommend them to anyone! More so because I wouldn't want them to leave someone's house open to the public! Talking to your customers hmmmm... Now there's an idea... read more
