I was referred to Burg's by my friends who own Sparkle Blinds, so I figured they would do a pretty good job. I have to say that my expectations were blown away. Cathy was so friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. When Lori called with my reminder she helpfully let me know my voicemail message was out of date! These are the little things a small business does so well. Come the service date, the technicians were right on time, they listened to me about all the problem areas and had solutions for everything. They protected our walls from the equipment with corner guards and wiped up were conscientious about any water drips, few that there were! I was most amazed by the basement. I wish I had before pictures, but unfortunately I didn't take any. Take my word for it , there were many pet stains and they basically performed miracles and made it look brand new. I will be having Burg's back out for tile and grout cleaning in a couple months and without a doubt, I will only be using Burg's for future carpet cleaning. read more

i recently moved from Flushing to Sterling Heights, and I have all brand new thick carpeting throughout my house. I needed a first cleaning to get up,the dirt from 2 dogs and 2 cats, and just to freshen up the entire house. I was so pleased with Logan and Andrew who came to clean my house just one day after setting up an appointment!. The men were able to come earlier than their time slot, and they worked very hard to clean all my carpeting! my carpets look so awesome, just like the first day they were installed and the work was fast and very professional. I will be using Burgs Custom Cleaning from now on. Their prices are lower than I was used to having to pay in my other house, and they give a 10% discount to us seniors!! even my white carpeting in my master bedroom is all pure white again, and the other rooms were so clean and shiny. I was reluctant to use a cleaning service for an ultra-suede sofa and a mid century velvet chair but Logan and Vince came out and spent at least 2.5 hours making every inch of the upholstery super clean. And they were extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their service again! This company just came by (at 8:00 pm) to clean the carpets of a facility that is our backyard neighbor. The air compressor is so loud we couldn't hear the TV in our living room or even have a conversation. Easily over 90 dB in our back yard. read more

I contacted Burgs after reaching out on social media for carpet cleaning referrals. Burgs was recommended 11/12 responses. I received a quote of $133.50 for a first floor office, dining room and bedroom. My dog who is generally trust worthy, decided to pee in a couple of areas. Burgs used a special pet chemical for cleaning and while it was a strong smell at first- the carpets came out beautiful. I was afraid there would be an upsell once they were here and saw how big the rooms were but the price was set and adhered to. Bill was kind, thoughtful, professional and courteous. I received a call that they were running ahead Of schedule and they able to come earlier. Very much appreciated. Will definitely use them again in the future!!! Top Notch! We have gotten our carpets cleaned by another company every year for the last few years we moved into our home. They did a 2300 sq. foot job in 15 minutes leaving me feel like they didn't even clean the carpet.... I called Burgs after a couple of referrals, and WOW I'm so glad that I did. Terrible! After experiencing a flood earlier in the week, my landlord called this company to clean up the basement. They did their job, which is why they get the one star, but completely lacked in all other categories. After they finished cleaning, they just left. I saw someone walk out of my house, and that's it. No bye. No we're all done here. No after care instructions, if there were any (idk!). They didn't even close my door and I remember falling asleep on my couch at one point. Thank goodness I woke up before they LEFT! And it's not like I was in another room with the door closed. I was one room away and could see them, just like they could see me. But still... NOTHING! That's how you all do business? I literally had to call and ask if they were done because I literally did not know. I would not recommend them to anyone!
