So, I decided to go with NuWay for a full kitchen remodel including tearing out walls. I looked at…read more3 different companies, one of which was not interested unless I was paying 60K+ (it was pretty evident), Nuway and a private contractor that someone recommended. I chose Nuway despite the other two Yelp reviews they had at the time. I didn't see how a debate on a broken tub nor the parts guy being fast enough had any bearing on a full kitchen remodel. I feel I ultimately made a good choice, and I would ultimately recommend them. There were times in the beginning of the project where I would think I made the worst decision in my life. There were issues like any other major remodeling project and changes needed; but ultimately, they pulled through and I was impressed with the outcome. I was also impressed with their continued support AFTER I made the last payment when I have a couple minor items come up and they responded quickly and courteously. I feel I received solid value for what I paid; I was able to have my cherry cabinets, quartz counter tops, top end fixtures, and simultaneously was able to considerably open up my floor plan for a much more reasonable price than I would have thought possible had I limited my search to the companies in Birmingham and Rochester. I also was treated fairly, and courteously through the whole process. I actually came to trust them, which is critical when faced with a project as large as a kitchen remodel. It's worth the drive, Steve was great to work with and if I had issues no matter how "nit picky" they were addressed. They were on budget They were on time Quality was there Post sales service / support was there Enough said!

The customer service is terrible they didn't seem to be interested in helping me. I went there…read moretrying to find a sink in the original color, but they only had white or off white. I only went there because I had special ordered original colors in the past. Then they wanted to sell me a cabinet, I seemed to be the "a big joke" to the three men.

I highly recommend Complete Kitchen Design. Bill, Joe, and the rest of the team were great to work…read morewith. When we moved into our house, the kitchen was outdated. It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

I have to say CKD and their staff are awesome. So precise, friendly and efficient. Nothing was…read moretorn apart until they were ready to start and finished the job right away. Had our kitchen done 25 years before and it took months to be completed (a true nightmare). Joe Allen was so patient with us because we had no idea what we wanted plus he designed a perfect change that we needed. Every morning he showed up to check on the job and even helped with moving out all our old appliances. I enjoyed working with his son who also help in picking out backsplash and colors. We were so pleased with them that I would call them again and highly recommend them. Whats nice you can tell they love what they are doing and their work shows it. Another quick note CKD was so fast at coming to give us a quote and very reasonable. Eileen S.
