I only needed a special order item for a home repair to our hardwood floors. The first one that I contacted told me that they couldn't get the part that I needed! I next called Floor Coverings International. It was late in the day and they did not pick up. Surprisingly, my phone rang a couple of minutes later! It was FCI calling me back. I explained what I needed and had a quote the next day. I placed the order and the item was delivered the next day! The owner is often onsite which I find great for a small business. I love giving my business to locals who are doing it right!
